Double trouble 2JZ-GTE VVTI

Heute haben wir wieder zwei 2JZ VVTI Motoren nach Straßburg geliefert. 🇫🇷
Gute Gespräche, ein kühles Bier und tolle Kundschaft.

Kurzer Blick in die Lagerhalle... 👀

Manchmal stehen Motoren bei uns ein paar Monate, bis sie den passenden Besitzer finden. Weil das Hallenklima und die Luftfeuchtigkeit ständig wechseln, überlassen wir beim Thema Flugrost nichts dem Zufall.

Deshalb machen wir das hier nicht nur beim Einlagern, sondern frischen den Schutz alle paar Monate konsequent auf:

- Eine Runde @liquimoly Motorinnenkonservierer durch die Kerzenschächte.
- Einmal von Hand durchdrehen, damit sich alles verteilt.
- Fertig ist der Schutzfilm für das Motorinnere.

Hinweis zur Inbetriebnahme: Das Produkt ist aschefrei formuliert. Bei der späteren Erstinbetriebnahme verbrennt der Schutzfilm völlig rückstandslos und verhält sich neutral gegenüber Katalysator und Sensorik (Lambdasonden).

Uns ist wichtig, dass die Aggregate im Top-Zustand bei euch ankommen. Auch wenn der Motor noch hier steht: Wir passen jetzt schon drauf auf. 😉

A quick look inside the warehouse... 👀

Sometimes, engines stay with us for a few months before finding the right owner. Since warehouse temperatures and humidity levels constantly fluctuate, we leave nothing to chance when it comes to surface rust.

That’s why we don’t just do this when they first arrive, but consistently reapply the protection every few months:

- A quick spray of @liquimoly Internal Engine Preservative down the spark plug holes.
- Cranking the engine over by hand once to ensure an even coat.
- The protective film for the inside of your engine.

Technical note on initial startup: The product features an ash-free formulation. During the engine’s first startup, the protective film burns off completely without leaving any residue and is completely neutral to the catalytic converter and sensors (O2 sensors).

It is important to us that these units arrive at your door in top condition. Even if the engine is still sitting on our shelves, we are already taking care of it. 😉
