Audrey & Chandler 🤍

Some wedding days are just extra special, and theirs was one we won’t soon forget! From the moment the ceremony began to the last moments of the reception, you could feel the love surrounding these two. The joy, the happy tears, the laughter, and the people who came together to celebrate them made the entire day feel so incredibly meaningful.

And if you know Audrey and Chandler, you know they’re BIG UK fans! 💙 So, naturally, the celebration took a little Wildcat twist. Late-night hot dogs, the big game turned on while the DJ kept the music going, and a UK win to top it all off! Talk about the perfect ending to an unforgettable wedding day! 🏈💙

Audrey and Chandler, thank you for allowing us to be part of such a beautiful celebration. We wish you both a lifetime of the same love, laughter, and happiness that filled your wedding day!

With love,

Taylor White Events 🤍

Golf + Keeland pretty much describe Sara + Zach!⛳️🐎

I’ve been dying to share photos from Sara + Zach’s wedding day, but choosing favorites has been nearly impossible.

Their day was so perfectly them — bourbon in hand, golf, a mechanical bull, plenty of dancing, and no shortage of laughter and love. So much fun bringing it all to life.

Now excuse me while I go find more to post…

The Art of the Ceremony-to-Reception Turnover ⏱️

When your ceremony and reception are happening in the same space, every minute matters during the transition.

A seamless room flip doesn’t happen by chance — it takes planning, organization, communication, and a team that knows exactly what needs to happen before the first guest walks through the door - and the skill to execute.

For any wedding with a flip, we have the reception setup prepped and organized in the back of the venue before the ceremony even begins. Each table is designated and staged with everything it needs — linens, flatware, glassware, florals, place settings, and all the finishing details.

By organizing the pieces by table ahead of time, our team could move efficiently and confidently once the ceremony ended. Instead of searching for the seating chart, or figuring out where things belonged, everything was already accounted for and ready to go.

That’s the behind-the-scenes work that allows your guests to walk back into the room and see a completely transformed space — without ever seeing the work it took to get there. And that’s what you get when you hire an experienced team.

When your wedding day moves quickly, the details have to be planned even faster. Because if you fail to prepare...prepare to fail.

🍂💜 Fall weddings under a clear tent are something special. 💜🍂

This late-September celebration was the perfect example of why we love clear tents for spring and fall weddings! Our glass-like tent let the couple and their guests enjoy the beautiful autumn atmosphere while still having a comfortable, covered space to celebrate.

And the color palette? Absolutely stunning. Shades of purple with pops of pink, orange, and green brought so much personality to the space and looked incredible against the natural backdrop. 🌸🍊🌿

If you’re dreaming of an outdoor wedding but want a little protection from unpredictable spring or fall weather, a clear tent gives you the best of both worlds—the beauty of being outside with the comfort of a tented celebration. ✨

Planning a spring or fall wedding? A clear tent might be exactly what you’re looking for. 💍🍂

Congratulations, Skylar & Mike!

Camille and Quinn’s wedding was a love letter to the place where their story took a beautiful turn, the Prosecco Hills of Italy. From the moment they got engaged among the vineyards, Italy became more than a destination. It became the inspiration for their wedding day.

Every element was thoughtfully layered with Italian touches, completely immersing guests in the couple’s inspiration and transporting them somewhere far beyond Kentucky.

From the florals and tablescapes to the music, food, coffee, and every beautifully considered detail, the day felt intentional, personal, and unmistakably Camille and Quinn.

A true Italian inspired celebration filled with romance, thoughtful design, and the kind of moments that linger long after the last glass of wine is poured. 🍷🇮🇹

A look back on Grace & Troy’s glorious September wedding. I still remember the warm, golden fall light from their wedding day at Springhouse Garden and it was perfectly encapsulated by the radiant photographer herself, @abbeygarnerphoto

A special thank you to my event planner @_audreymarshall_ for introducing me to the beautiful and kind bride and to the mother of the bride.

Happy 1st year wedding anniversary Grace and Troy!

You may not see us at the party, but you can bet we’re working hard behind the scenes! 🎪💪

Our team does the heavy lifting, the loading, the hauling, the setup, and all the little details that happen before your event ever begins. By the time your guests arrive, our job is done — and that’s exactly how we like it!

But the best part? Seeing the photos and hearing about how much fun our clients had with the rentals our team worked so hard to put together. ❤️

We may not get to be there for the celebration, but knowing we helped create the space where memories are made makes all those early mornings, long days, and hard work completely worth it.

To our hardworking crew: thank you for making the magic happen behind the scenes. And to our clients: thank you for letting us be a small part of your big moments! 🥂✨

Congrats Sara and Zachary!

One of my favorite things about weddings is how the details become so much more than just beautiful-they hold pieces of your story, your family, your traditions, and the memories you’re creating together.
