Fresh from the Florida wild to the chili pot! 🐊🔥

This batch of South Florida Flavor alligator chili starts with fresh-caught gator from one of our own, then gets loaded up with onions, fresh garlic, tomatoes herbs and roasted garlic and beans.

We served it over rice with homemade jalapeño cornbread and a big scoop of garlic-jalapeño relish. The slap also known as the rapid chop really came in handy for that relish...no tears LoL it is from Pampered Chef and it will be your new bestie. I also used it to puree the tomatoes.

Now that’s a South Florida kind of comfort food! 🌶️🍲

Would you try a bowl? Tell me below! 👇

Multiple Sclerosis Awareness

Moving for those who cant... like my Mom!

My Moms symptoms started early with tingling hands, then the toes. She wouldn't do the kindergarten workouts the doctors told her to do because they seemed silly. Now they say there are brain lesions and things get progressively worse.

Movement seems to be vital and being aware of your bodys nutrition.

My Pop Pop always said "You Rest, You Rust" and he moved and tinkered on his projects into his 90's

Out here trying to burn off the crazy and outrun the diabetes, zombies are the last thing on my mind LoL 🧟‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️ 🤪

🌻 This Brie Sunflower is almost too pretty to eat…almost!
Golden, flaky puff pastry surrounds warm, melty Brie and sweet jam, creating an easy pull-apart appetizer that looks beautiful in the center of any table.

🌻 The Stone Pizza Pan helps the pastry bake evenly with a beautifully crisp, golden bottom.

🌻 Puff pastry is layered and cut into petals, then gently twisted to create the sunflower shape.

🌻 A wheel of Brie becomes warm, creamy, and perfectly dippable in the center.

🌻 Your favorite jam or preserves adds just the right touch of sweetness.

🌻 An egg wash gives the pastry that gorgeous golden finish.

🌻 Optional chopped nuts or herbs add a little extra flavor and texture.

It’s simple enough for a casual gathering but impressive enough for the holidays!

Would you make yours sweet with fruit preserves or give it a savory twist? Save this idea for your next get-together. 🌻
