Mulki ruined every other trip for me.

I went surfing, ended up running at 6am, cycling in heavy rain, working out with @manjusurfer and @flinu.fernandez who became brothers.

I don't want to just *see* places anymore. I want to feel them.

Thank you @surfbrothers_mulki 🌊🏄
Manju & Flino - you guys are the best!!

Would you guys like to surf in Mulki?

We were trying a new track, Saul Kere Lake in Bangalore. Our target was 15kms in 1.5 hours, something we had done previously as well. But this time we got tired early, and our pace wasn't allowing us to complete the target in our desired time.
Did we let that happen? No, we played "Bhag Milkha Bhag", and got goosebumps and used our adrenaline to finish 15k in 1h 28 mins making this run our personal record for 15km distance.

Push-ups and pullu-ps, ughh... These bore me a lot. Still, have to do it to stay strong!!

This was day 6 of my Strength Training challenge. Let's connect with each other if we have similar mindset and interests.

One of my most memorable runs!! I had no idea I would be running in Mulki with my surfing trainers @manju_surfer and @flinu.fernandez.
They also gave me moong daal and chana mix, some power combination post run. Best people!!
