WELLNESS WEDNESDAY 💚 current season

Sharing our table with mini me lately and it’s been a little chaotic, lots of laughs, and the occasional tantrum (if that’s a thing this early on)

Realizing that shared meals are about more than food, they’re about connection, modeling healthy habits, and making memories together.

Sometimes nourishing ourselves also means nourishing the bond we’re building around the table💚#motherhood #solidstarts by @gohappysoul

💚WELLNESS WEDNESDAY💚

Take up space. ✨
Some days I feel like myself, some days I have to find my way back.
But showing up for myself again and again, always adds up. 🤍

WELLNESS WEDNESDAY 💚 There’s so much noise in the wellness space right now, that I’m afraid is doing more harm than good, from the perfect day in the life to well curated morning routine aesthetics because truly that’s all it is. Wellness is not a membership to a Pilates studio, or shopping at an expensive grocery store, nor is trying the latest anti-aging treatment. The habits listed above will allow you to build up from and feel confident making your own choices rather than being influenced on what’s good for YOU 🫶 #wellnessisfree #tunein #happysoul❤️ by @gohappysoul

WELLNESS WEDNESDAY 💚 ACCEPTANCE AND BECOMING

The season I’m in is my happiest yet. But I also know it may not be for every woman.

Having kids should be deeply thought about, discussed, and prepared for, whether you’re doing it on your own or with a partner. There truly is no love like it, but the work and the shift in priorities are real, especially when you’ve spent years pouring into yourself and building a life you love.

I face challenges too, I have my moments when I freak out and stress, now less than before but then I get a smile, a kiss, a little moment with him, and somehow it all feels worth it for me.

I don’t feel different from who I was but he’s the main character in my life, and you have to be okay with that shift. Because when you’ve spent years putting yourself first, learning to lovingly make space for someone else is a whole new kind of wellness. 💚 by @gohappysoul

WELLNESS WEDNESDAY 🌴✨

Miami can be as vibrant or as peaceful as you want it to be. That’s part of the magic.

I often hear that Miami Beach is too much, but as a local who embraces wellness, I’ve found plenty of ways to enjoy the city at a slower pace.

Today, I’m sharing a few of my favorite spots around the neighborhood. 🌊

✨ Ocean Drive is surprisingly peaceful in the early mornings.
🚲 The boardwalk is perfect for a bike ride, especially on weekdays.
🌴 West Ave has some of my favorite bay views.

Whether you’re a local or just visiting, I hope these spots inspire you to experience Miami a little differently.

Sometimes, wellness is simply changing the way you see what’s already around you. 💛 by @gohappysoul

💚WELLNESS WEDNESDAY💚

Happiness isn’t something I wait for.
It’s in the places I explore, the way I care for myself, the colors that inspire me, and the little moments I choose to be fully present.
Wellness isn’t about perfection. Sometimes a photo doesn’t reflect how I see myself, and that’s okay. It’s about creating a life that feels good from the inside out and learning to embrace every season with kindness.
What’s one thing that’s been bringing you joy lately? ✨ by @gohappysoul

💚WELLNESS WEDNESDAY💚POSTPARTUM

We are 7 months in 🙀
Time really does go by fast once you look back, and may I just highlight that I am raising a human😮

I am his world. Although now he’s noticing more of everything around him, I always get a look back for reassurance because I am his safe place, and what an honor that is. But such a privilege does not come easy.

Days are busy and require structure, even if the next day won’t be the same.
The in between is full of giggles, kisses, and cuddles.
Nights are short with broken sleep.

Opinions and suggestions I honestly don’t care for, but support, encouragement, and sharing experiences warm my heart and make me feel seen in a world where most people ask, “How’s the baby doing?”

Boundaries are my protection.
My circle gets even smaller, yet so much more precious.
Being present has never made more sense or felt better♥️
Yes, my mind questions if I’m doing enough or doing too much.
My validation comes from seeing my baby thrive despite growth charts, milestones, and expectations.

This life journey is far, far from over. I actually don’t want it to be over. It is, without a doubt, the most challenging yet rewarding experience of my life.

To all my fellow moms, we are real life superheroes. I don’t care what anybody says. In this space you will always find a friend!
