Showed up with zero training (rambut pun sik gunting/sik aero bak kata bg aji ted) and a subpar performance, but still happy to run, reconnect with old friends, and meet new ones. At the end of the day, it’s more than just the performance. Tetap bersyukur 🤲🏼

KLSCM 2026

Not my best marathon of year 2026 (2 out of 2) and one of slowest performance to date. 30 minutes away from PB 🥲

First day of wearing the shoes, felt tight around KM20, broke 4 of my toenails and some blisters. 200m walk, 800m run per KM all the way to finish line.

DNF? Never.

Happy that the organizer decided to proceed with the event and most importantly I am proud and happy for my @goharttlab boys for smashing their goals and PBs, worth the grind since Day 1 and haze!

Big thanks to my wife @mmainna for endless support and motivation + fueling.

The cheer zones never fail. Year after year, bringing the best energy and good vibes in local events. Huge respect for the support! ❤️ not to forget @ads.collective for the atmosphere 🙇‍♂️

Not frustrated but it is time to commit and improve more.

What is next? Focus with my family. Signing off for 2026, signing back in Q2 2027 😂

KLSCM 2026
3rd Full Marathon of the Year

Official Chip time : 03:31:59
Strava time : 03:30:18 (PB 🥇)

What a race! 🤯
Despite the lack of preparation this time due to the haze, no proper training plan, no structured long runs, and no proper taper. I somehow managed to get a PB! Shaved 2 mins off my previous record 🥳

First time running KLSCM and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The vibe, the crowd, and the overall experience were amazing! Best one yet!

Congrats to my wife @farrahdanol for finishing her 2nd HM! Walaupun nangis sekpat berjalan lekakya 🤣 but you did it! So proud of you! ❤️

P/s next year ambik video kmk gik d finish line 🫰🏻

2026 FM season is done.
Time to search for that bike 👀🚴

Kuala Lumpur Standard Chartered Marathon 2026

Had to climb the barrier before flag-off and start from Pen 3 instead of Pen 2 due to late.

But here’s the result:

Race Day is ON! We’re almost there. Two days, two different moods. ⚡️

3 OCTOBER — SHAKEOUT RUN 🏃‍♂️
Free to join. No pressure, no pace to chase.
Just a 3KM easy run to Dataran Merdeka, then we chill, enjoy the venue and blend in the race-weekend atmosphere.

4 OCTOBER — RACE DAY 🔥

Sarawak Energy Marathon 2026

4th edition and it was my 3rd time getting 4th placing 🙄

Have been back ‘three’ back racing for 3 weeks and ends in Full Marathon category.

No pressure competing in different category but I felt sore in first quarter and my legs and body said ‘Not today’. Mentally down, dropped my pace and run-walk the last 12km.

Not the result I wanted but still pushed through the finish line.

Thank you wife @mmainna for the training time, pushing and support, friends for motivating along the course, @goharttlab for waking up early to support.

Update: Race Results 🏁 Our stars of the show made it!

The suffer is over and now we can rest and men-gepuk all day eryday. Not everyone got a new PB but everyone gave it their all and fought till the finish line. Proud of the progress, the hard work and most importantly everyone made it through 💪🏼 kudos to everyone who participated in Sarawak Energy Marathon 2026. Will comeback stronger next year 🔥 by @goharttlab
