Altolago propone un racconto dell’identità locale che non vuole limitarsi alla conservazione del passato.
La memoria di un territorio è qualcosa di vivo: attraversa i paesaggi, i gesti quotidiani, i saperi e le trasformazioni che cambiano il nostro modo di abitare.
Partiamo dalle montagne che ci sono vicine per metterle in relazione con altri territori alpini, prealpini e appenninici. Luoghi accomunati da fragilità ambientali e sociali, ma anche dalla presenza di persone che, nella nostra epoca, scelgono consapevolmente di vivere in montagna, immaginando forme diverse di appartenenza, cura e comunità.

I film di Veronica Ciceri e Silvy Boccaletti entrano in dialogo proprio su questo terreno.

Con The Last Skiers, girato sul Monte San Primo, @goin_om osserva gli effetti della crisi climatica attraverso le memorie degli sciatori e il paesaggio trasformato delle piste.

Movimento Fermo di @althia_silvy, segue invece le traiettorie di Giacomo, Maria e Sandro, figure che incarnano un’idea di montagna lontana dai territori-vetrina e radicata nelle pratiche, nei gesti e nei saperi dell’abitare.

Due sguardi che ci invitano a considerare la montagna non come uno spazio immobile o marginale, ma come un luogo attraversato da cambiamenti, relazioni e possibilità. Un luogo nel quale la memoria può diventare uno strumento per leggere il presente e immaginare il futuro.
