I recall working with the crash zooms to be a fun challenge. In the end it came down to rehearsing a lot to find the muscle memory to center punch in or out of the cans. Starting with the can was easy, ending with it was more difficult to nail consistently.

I would also extend my battery rack next time to counter weight the lens. Not sure what I was thinking (fun to look back at old builds and scratch your head) by @going_steadi
