Halloween night in Old Northside Indianapolis. The Herron Morton area is so so fun. They close off the streets and over 1000 trick or treaters make their way down the street. It’s like a giant tailgate party. We are lucky enough to go with some of our closest friends and our kids! The neighborhood is so beautiful and the people are kind. I’m going to bring a big bag of candy and drop it off to some neighbors next time. Everyone’s so creative with their house decorations and their costumes. #trickortreat #indy by @goingwithsam

Groovy night in Old Northside Indy with some of our really good friends. Such a fun tradition 👻 by @goingwithsam

What an incredible weekend! I don’t think I’ve cried so much in months. Miranda and Justin, thanks for throwing the best party and doing it in the most thoughtful way anybody could. Community was the theme and it’s so obvious that your love can be experienced from near and far. Congratulations! 🥂 by @goingwithsam

The horrors persist but so do I 😂 daily chaos, burnout and existential stress who? The lyrics explain it all. by @goingwithsam

Does everyone who moves to New Orleans immediately gain 20 lbs? Because I would. So much to look at, eat, hear and touch. It’s almost overwhelming to the senses in the best way.

Before this trip, I’d never really even step food in the French Quarter. I love how it pushes right up to the business district. Quick 30 hours in the Big Easy. ⚜️🔮 by @goingwithsam

A year in horizontal photos 🎂 rounding out the year and so lucky I get to surround myself with so much fun and so much love. I don’t take it for granted. I wish I could post every person who makes life so special but this carousel would be 99 slides long. Love ya, mean it! by @goingwithsam

The place I’ll return to when I’m 80 🥹 by @goingwithsam

I usually spend part of fall in Colorado around my birthday. Watching the aspens turn gold, going to concerts, breathing in that first bit of cold mountain air and finding any excuse to spend the day outside.

This year, I’m home in Indianapolis.

And while I love being home, this time of year has me feeling a little homesick for the mountains. There’s something about Colorado in the fall that feels familiar in a way I can’t quite explain.

So, more of this please. 🏔️🍂 by @goingwithsam
