Your inner wrist holds a tiny pathway straight to your heart's center. ✨

Gentle little points designed to soothe your spirit. When your mind is buzzing or your heart feels heavy, you can trace this path with your thumb, sending a gentle, calming message all the way inward.

💛 HT 5: helps with speech, whether words spill out too fast, too little, in your sleep or affected by aphasia, and steadies emotions + palpitations
💛 HT 6: calms overwhelm, night sweats, palpitations
💛 HT 7 (Spirit Gate): the best for anxiety, insomnia, when your mind won’t stop racing

These Heart channel points all lie in your inner wrist, along the pinkie side, just inside the tendon. Ht 7 is at the wrist crease. Ht 5 is about an inch towards you.

For you, with your thumb, gently massage your inner wrist from Ht 5 to Ht 7, exhale slowly, letting your heart soften.

The Heart is the home of our Shen — mind, spirit, memory, sleep, and joy. When it’s disturbed, we may feel anxious, forgetful, restless, or heavy-hearted. When soothed, your whole self feels lighter.
