POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This week’s TMT guest has been involved in some of alternative music’s biggest moments across a 30-year career. TV Management / @threesixzero’s @goldenears71 now lives in LA, but he was a top London PR for @officialtheverve and others in the ‘90s, before transitioning to management with the likes of @thestreetsofficial__ , @thezutonsofficial and @dexysofficial.

Back in the UK for The Streets’ triumphant tour, we had a great catch-up about the importance of artistic credibility, the changing industry landscape and why managing big personalities is the only way to go…

Coaching has been something I’ve wanted to do my whole life. I thought It would be football , but Sofia ended up falling for volleyball, so i watched and studied a friend of ours who coached her first ever team (a lunatic he is but he was so good at it) and then jumped in feet first and learned the sport on YouTube. I believe now this is about the 8th team I’ve coached with my daughter in and it’s been one of the best things I’ve ever done as a parent. Journeys shared that we will remember forever. Today started with some incredibly difficult family news but a particular person’s voice was in my head telling me to keep going and continue to do my best for my family . Life is short, memories matter. Keep making them whilst you can. by @goldenears71

Friends - apologies for the social media post on this but I can’t help out with any new guest list requests for the The Streets UK shows this Summer - we are already at capacity in the main cities and oversubscribed for London. Again apologies . by @goldenears71
