Some work trips stay with you long after they’re over.

This past week I had the privilege of joining my client, @stephengamble1977 , at @nantucketbydesign , capturing behind-the-scenes content while connecting with a community that values craftsmanship, preservation, and thoughtful design.

Stephen sponsored the panel, “Designing a Sense of Place: Inspired by History,” featuring @sarahjwetenhall and AD100 designer @davidnettosays . Their conversation on restoring The Hedges Inn in East Hampton perfectly reflected Stephen’s own philosophy—honoring historic homes through exceptional custom flooring, millwork, and fine finishes.

Beyond the event, I wandered Nantucket’s beautiful streets, admired the incredible architecture, and yes... purchased the most expensive glass of rosé I’ve ever had.

Grateful for clients who trust me to tell their story and for opportunities like this that remind me why I love what I do.

Also, did you see the most perfect totes designed by @shorecreative ??? Jenn Shore can do no wrong.

My kinda garden party.

Cheers to the Salases, a one of a kind couple who I absolutely loved working with. Weekly meetings, checklists, timelines built the trust we needed for vendor selection, sticking to your guns, and game time decisions like a rain storm during the ceremony. We pivot.

Cannot wait for many more celebrations this year and the next @yawgoobakesandbarbecues they were so helpful and their clambake was the true New England Experience to have at an event.

Summers in RI are beautiful, but @philibotteflorals made everything bloom even more! She coordinated with the couple on with their ceremony baskets, 40+ tomato can vase and made this venue look like a true garden party. Lindsay is a dream to work with, and she is the floral designer you want in your corner - always.

And… the band??? @takeittothebridgeband is unmatched. Every single person was incredible to work with, insanely talented, and made everything seamless as we transitioned from one phase to the next. Book them, you will not regret it.

I have been able to create a business doing exactly what I love 💗

Traveling around New England for weddings, either for my own couple or assisting my favorite planners and florists. I get to revisit the most amazing places and catch up with vendor friends that truly value, creating something beautiful. Always so rewarding to work the best.

Vermont is for lovers.

Peppers in the centerpieces, love in the air, and a big band to seal the deal — Sophia at @willowhilldesignco turned the Tourterelle Inn into a dream under canvas. Nature, fragrance, and family-style feasting made this day unforgettable.

It was such a joy assisting @willowhilldesignco and capturing the magic behind the scenes — from her thoughtful details and seamless vendor collaboration to the genuine joy radiating from the couple and their guests. Moments like these are exactly why I love being part of the event industry in every way possible.
