Thank ya for the love on Both of Us Were Smiling, these pics were taken about a week before we shot the video. I was hoping to get two birds stoned at once, find some nice locations while hiking n camping. The weather got a little crazy on us making the scouting part tough, I think it dropped to -15 that night, since then i’ve been convinced that anything is possible curled up with a Nalgene full of boiling water.

We ended up shooting the video just down the trail from here. by @gonehuntingg
Both of Us Were Smiling, a song that I’ve wrestled with for what feels like an eternity comes out tomorrow. It’s loud, it’s crooning and the waveform looks like a brick. My favourite songs, and the ones I try to release, function as ways to capture otherwise fleeting feelings. This one did something for me, and I hope it might do something for you too. @niallproctor and I shot a video for it in the snow a few months ago, that’ll be out tomorrow as well. You can find the pre-save link in bio if ya like by @gonehuntingg

my first ep “Things Could Be Worse” out everywhere now

It’s raw, it’s off beat, it’s a little emo, but it’s mine. these sounds have been kicking around in my head for years, and its a relief to let em go.

Wouldn’t have been possible without these folks
Thank you @gavin.avenue, for enduring hundreds of hours of moaning and groaning, mixing and mastering this thing, Thank you @nathalietayylor, for shooting, editing and listening to a thousand bad demos. Thank you @youngfriend, for being a beacon of inspiration, always encouraging me to see this through

Finally, thank you to all y’all for tuning in, I’ve never felt such strong support, from a community I consider myself so lucky to be a part of, thank you thank you thank you

Things Could Be Worse, my first solo Ep comes out this Thursday, I’m excited, I’m nervous, I’m every possible thing at once. Thanks for all the love on Here’s Johnny and its video, if ya liked those I’m sure you’ll enjoy the rest of the project I’ve got a bunch of links in my bio to pre save the Ep, follow the Spotify account or watch the music video, if you’ve got a moment doing any of those things is helpful, if not that’s okay too, I just hope you’ll give the ep a try on release :) by @gonehuntingg
