One thing we’ve really wanted Sam to experience during his time in Llangollen is not just the town itself, but the people who make it what it is.

Today Sam spent some time with Denise from the Llangollen Tourist Information Centre and Dave from Llangollen Railway. @llangollentic @llangollencorwenrailway @gonorthwales

Denise at works incredibly hard promoting Llangollen and everything our little town has to offer. She’s a real asset to the town and someone who genuinely cares about the place.

Dave also very kindly gave up his time to take Sam on a behind-the-scenes tour of the railway, something Sam really enjoyed!

Both are great examples of people who put so much time and effort into making Llangollen the place it is.

It’s been lovely seeing how welcoming everyone has been towards Sam, and we’re so grateful to everyone who’s taken the time to make his visit special.
