The perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon in Boston ❤️☀️ Spent the day with our best friends Maggie & Amelia! We colored, listened to music, talked all things Disney, and showed off some cheer tricks. We couldn’t have asked for better weather or better company! 🐾❤️

A weekend spent giving back to the Boston community ❤️

We loved volunteering at the Jimmy Fund Walk and Colon Cancer Walk, supporting incredible causes and being part of events that bring our community together. We’re so grateful for every opportunity to give back and make a difference beyond the mat! 🐾

Happy National Coaches Day to our amazing coaches! ❤️ Our coaches are so much more than the people who lead us on the mat. They are our biggest supporters, motivators, and people we can always count on. Through every high and low, they continue to push us to be better athletes, teammates, and people, and we truly would not be the team we are today without them. We are so grateful for all the time, dedication, and love you put into our team every single day. Thank you, Coach Kennedy, Jenna, and Ainsley, for always believing in us and supporting us through it all! ❤️🖤 by @gonucheer
