This golden hour dinner was delightful!! 🤩 We got to try so many things, so here are my recs for when you go!
▫️Empanadas: flaky dough packed with hunks of delicious meat.
▫️Beef Short Rib Udon: this is LOADED with short rib and it is perfect! I love this dish!!
▫️Grass Fed Burger: piled with toppings and super juicy! The thick cut smoked bacon on it is perfect!
▫️Chicken Al Pastor: such a fun take on Al Pastor! A succulent chicken thigh on top of chickpea polenta with pineapple poblano salsa, red pearl onions, and fried plantains. So so yummy! And so unique!
▫️Banana Crepe: can’t argue with a crepe stuffed with luscious cream and topped with caramelized bananas and granola 😮‍💨 by @goodalestation
