Reading your words—your healing, your breakthroughs, your testimonies—has been one of the greatest honors of my career. Thank you for trusting me with your wellness journey.Then, just a few days later, I had the privilege of joining @gooddayyesi as part of her birthday celebration on @gooddaysac alongside @tvcody and the amazing team. What a surreal experience to represent wellness on live television and share space with so many incredible local businesses.The truth is... life has been moving so quickly that I haven't even had time to process it all.I didn't announce I was going to be on TV. Outside of those who happened to catch my stories, many of my family and friends had no idea. My brother asked, "Why didn't you call me?"
