What started as a takeover became a night Jaipur won’t forget.

Jaipur has always understood texture.
Textile. Stone. Jewellery. Light.
And now, cocktails. 🍸

In the past few years, the cocktail scene here has significantly evolved. 🤲🏻

The latest addition to that is @dupion.jaipur.
Just like its sibling - @taffetacoffeeindia (which I absolutely love!), it takes its name from a silk. Dupion is textured, imperfect, luminous, and layered. The kind of fabric that reveals itself differently depending on how the light hits it. ✨

That metaphor carries through the entire space. ❤️

The cocktail program is curated by the veritable @gooddrinksprojects, and when it’s @jeetrana92, @chiragpal_68, and team, you know both the storytelling and drinks will be on point. 🍸

Dupion’s cocktail menu imagines the journey of Marco Polo and the Silk Route — not as a history lesson, but as flavour migration. 🌍

Tea. Saffron. Stone fruits. Smoke. Nuts. Fermentations.
Ingredients that moved across continents long before borders hardened.

There are 12 cocktails on the thematic menu, plus a serious classic section.
And what I appreciated most is that the storytelling never overwhelms the glass.

🖤 Truffle Trouble
A Negroni that doesn’t shout. Bittersweet vermouth layered with truffle depth, finished with a balsamic strawberry foam.

🌙 Midnight Glory
Espresso Martini, but more aromatic than aggressive. It’s layered with anise, cardamom, and mint freshness.

🧡 Saffron Silk
Spirit-forward martini with saffron vodka, tomato, and basil.

🪵 Toasted Fashion
Old Fashioned reimagined with plum sweetness, walnut bitterness, and smoky pine.

🍃 Great Indian Julep
Bourbon with Assam tea, mint, and gentle spice.

🌊 Salty Salute
Paloma structure with hibiscus and grapefruit fizz.

🔥 Friendly Fire
A picante twist with spicy honey, sea buckthorn, and coriander.

🍜 Umami Cut
Savory gimlet with soy, Sichuan spice, sesame, and citrus.

🪨 Smoke N Stone
Whisky highball with apricot, charred pineapple, and ginger.

🤫 Secret Whisperer
Yuzu sour layered with umeshu and soft herbs.

🍑 Peach Please
Vodka highball with peach and palo santo.

🌿 Nut & Nuance
Mezcal highball with pandan, brown butter, and gentle smoke.
