Night 2 of the What’s Gaby Cookin’ retreat and the vibes just keep getting better. ✨

Another happy hour followed by a lingering sit-down dinner—good food, good wine, and even better conversation. Ended up serendipitously seated at another mother–daughter table and was like chatting with old friends.

Gaby made her rounds all evening, stopping by tables to mix, mingle, and chat with everyone like the ultimate host.

🎂 The Summer Amy Turned 40 🎉

Forget Cousins Beach, we celebrated at @hotellucine. 😎

@thefancytx understood the assignment with a family-style feast for nearly 30 of Amy’s favorite people. Great food, pretty tables, plenty of laughs, and the birthday girl at the center of it all.

Mean green pasta machine! I always associate a green pasta with pesto but this zucchini pasta mixes things up. Eat your veggies but make it a sauce.

Served with rotisserie chicken and mushrooms. Like @inagarten says, store bought is fine. If I’m making something new I like to pair it with some easy or that I’m familiar with.

Ignoring the fact that we were all pretty hungry something about the bread board was calling to me and so glad I ordered it. Shrimp & crab, say less. I planned to save one of shrimp a little pasta for a nibble the next day but once I cut into the third one, there was no turning back 💁🏽‍♀️😆.

Busted out the @oonihq for a classic pizza night but realized very quickly I was out of practice. Everything that went wrong pretty much went wrong. 🫠

Eventually we ended up with some good pizzas, steak, and kale salad.

The most creative swap was the crawfish paddle stirrer to rotate the pizza and pull it out. 🫠
