Call Your Mother on Georgia Ave, im a die hard bagel sandwich fan and these were so000000oo good!!! i started with something simple to try, their Sun City, which is just bacon, eggs, cheese, and spicy honey on a maple salt and pepper bagel • super simple but so good. my boyfriend tried the Thunderbird which was maple chicken sausage, eggs, cheese, and spicy honey on a maple salt and pepper bagel & clearly we loved it and can’t wait to go back and try their smoked salmon!! #goodeatswithpinkk @callyourmotherdeli taken in Call Your Mother Deli by @goodeatswithpinkk

Allegory is the first bar to blend art, literature, social justice, craft cocktails and hospitality. this speakeasy sits inside the Eaton Hotel in Washington, DC. the beautiful art on the walls tells the story of Ruby Bridges in Alice in Wonderland and their menu finishes the story with literature and themed cocktails! this was truly an experience and super fun time the drinks were delicious and the bartenders were super friendly. be prepared to wait if you go on the weekends! #goodeatswithpinkk @allegory_dc taken in Eaton DC by @goodeatswithpinkk

tucked into a cute side street sits this NOT ICE CREAM shop with amazing flavors! made with indonesian coconuts 🥥, gluten free, and vegan, comes the perfect scoop of delicious creamy goodness. Awan partnered with Steve Lacy @steve.lacy to create a ube and oreo flavored vegan ice cream which was amazing 💜 the strawberry was super flavorful and sweet and came with the tiniest strawberry i’ve ever seen on top 😁🍓 taken in West Hollywood, California by @goodeatswithpinkk

these 3 bagels were worth the hour and a half wait! these canadian inspired fermented bagels are warm, chewy, crunchy, and delicious with exploding flavors from each of their toppings 🐟🫐🥯🍅 im a bagel addict and i can for sure say these exceeded my expectations, i haven’t stopped thinking about them since we got them! a must try if you’re in LA! 🌴 taken in Courage Bagels by @goodeatswithpinkk

what: build your own box dozen 🍩
where: Duck Donuts @duckdonuts (Herndon, VA 📍)
these donuts are unique and made to order so they come out soft and warm 🤩 the flavors we chose for our dozen box are maple bacon 🥓, sunrise 🍋, blueberry pancake 🥞, french toast 🍁, s’mores 🍫, chocolate covered strawberry 🍓, strawberry shortcake 🍰, raspberry fluff 🧁, and cinnamon bun 🤎 clearly the maple bacon was a hit and combined sweet and savory which was soooooo good 😁 at Duck Donuts you can also build your own donut flavor or choose from their endless selection. personally i thought the donuts were best after a day, when all of the flavors started to drench into the donut 😂 Duck Donuts has multiple locations all around the world including Arizona, California, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, Georgia, Dubai, Canada, and so many more places 🌎🌍🌏 taken in Duck Donuts by @goodeatswithpinkk

Bantam King is known for their ramen and their fried chicken, but not necessarily eaten together 😂 i decided on their Shoyu Paitan which is deep and rich soy sauce broth, topped with pulled chicken 🐔, greens 🥬, white onion 🧅, chili threads 🌶, corn 🌽, and naruto 🍥 the broth was savory and the toppings all came together deliciously! we also ordered a side of their gyoza which were covered in chili oil, sesame seeds, and cilantro 🥟🥟🥟 can’t wait to go back to try their fried chicken 🍗! taken in Bantam King by @goodeatswithpinkk

i made my reservations here a month and a half ago and it was so worth the wait!! Shōtō opened in February 2022 and is classified as a contemporary Japanese izakaya 🏮 their amazing dishes are prepared in three separate kitchens: the principal kitchen, sushi bar, and the island robata grill. all of their dishes are designed for sharing, which made it super hard to choose which dishes we wanted, so we decided to get the Premium Omakase which might’ve been the best choice i’ve made this year 😂 Omakase is an extensive selection of dishes chosen by their executive chef, so we got to try just about everything on the menu 😁😁 i wish i could remember all of the names of the dishes we got, but it was an extensive collection of sushi, sashimi, salad, ceviche, shrimp and lobster tempura, wagyu tartar, chicken, black cod, corn, shiitake mushrooms, steak, and truffle sprinkled throughout our dishes 🍱🍣🥗🍤 every single dish we had was amazing and fresh, words can’t explain how much we enjoyed our meal! our meal ended with a dessert bowl of fruits, sorbet, and ice creams 🍓🍇🥭🍨 if you’re interested in trying out Shōtō make your reservations now and get the Premium Omakase! 😁🍱 by @goodeatswithpinkk

where: L’Ardente @lardentedc (Washington, DC 📍)
went here for a date night and was not disappointed by the food, the drinks, the hospitality, or the ambiance 😍 L’Ardente is a “Glam Italian Restaurant” and they live up to that name. their pizza is cooked inside a gold-plated pizza oven their pasta is cooked perfectly al dente. my favorite pasta dish is carbonara, so i had to try theirs. the egg yolk was the perfect consistency, the guanciale (pork cheek) had a great saltiness that added to the flavor of the dish, and the black pepper topped everything off 🥰 check out the second slide for my yolk break 🤩🥚my date had the 40 layer short rib lasagna, and i almost liked it better than my dish! it was amazing to say the least and i highly recommend! our pizza was fresh and the ingredients were as well 🍕 the arancini, which is fried mozzerella with rice, saffron, and drizzled with calabrian chile oil, was absolutely delicious and a perfect start to our meal 😁 our drinks were phenomenal and had awesome presentation 🍸 for dessert we tried their popular tiramisu flambé which is lit on fire at your table. the compliments of chocolate and the passion fruit was something i wasn’t expecting, but absolutely loved it! 😍 check out the video of the tiramisu on slide 6! overall i have no complaints of L’Ardente and can’t wait to go back! perfect for a date night or girls night out ❤️ taken in L’Ardente by @goodeatswithpinkk

if you’re a seafood lover like me, you’d love everything on their menu! Chef Skip is a seafood TAKEOUT restaurant that has everything under the sea from fried oysters to fried fish 🐠🐟🦑🦐🦀 you can spot out a Chef Skip order by the flower they place in every to go box 🌺 the salmon bites were perfectly seasoned and fried to perfection and comes with their Chef Skip’s house sauce on top 🤩 the shrimp were also just as good! each platter and/or basket comes with fries 🍟 they also have sandwiches 🥪, philly’s , and tacos 🌮 by @goodeatswithpinkk

my new obsession is hot honey, and i found this place at the right time 😍🌶🍯 super AFFORDABLE and super delicious, this place has wings, chicken and waffles 🧇, seafood 🦞, sandwiches 🥪, salads 🥗, and desserts 🧁 they also have a plethora of sauces to dip your food in (i recommend the habanero honey hot sauce 😮‍💨). the chicken came out hot and juicy, super sauced up, and crispy. each meal comes with a warm honey butter roll sprinkled with flaky salt, if honestly order a whole pan of these just by itself 😂 the staff are super friendly and they also offer a student discount everyday from 3-5pm 🥳 taken in Honeymoon Chicken by @goodeatswithpinkk
