Do you know about our custom cooking service?

🔥Bring in your own proteins (store-bought or wild game!), and we’ll give it the Goode treatment in our smokers.

Pricing: • $2.95 per lb. • $15 flat fee for slicing and deboning

The rundown:
• 10 lb minimum; orders under 10 lbs will still be charged at the 10 lb minimum
• Meat must be dropped off at least 24 hours in advance
• Meat must be fully thawed and cannot be frozen
• You may bring your meat pre-seasoned, or we can season it for you at no additional cost
• Drop-off is available daily during business hours and is available at all BBQ locations

🥃 Raise a glass. October 7 is Jim Goode Day.

In 2012, the City of Houston gave our founding father a day of his own—and all these years later, his fingerprints are still all over Goode Company.

Jim traded his pen for a pit in 1977, fired up the smoker, and built something rooted in good food, hard work, and Texas hospitality. Nearly 50 years later, that same fire is still burning.
