S1:E8 | Sundaes with Lex: Pumpkin Spice Affogato Sundae 🎃☕️🍨

I made this sundae to hold onto that warm summer feeling into the early days of fall.

My shortcut to feeling like summer anytime of the year is a scoop of organic vanilla ice cream from @strausfamilycreamery .

I took our classic Fleur de Sel Brownie and spiced it with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and a shot of espresso.

Then topped it with swirls of our housemade pumpkin cream cheese icing for the perfect fall treat.

Warm it up, top with a scoop of Straus Family Creamery Super Premium Organic Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, then warm up a shot of @bluebottle cold brew to pour over and enjoy!

Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with Good Eggs Grocery!

This month, we’re celebrating the big, beautiful flavors of Peru! 🇵🇪✨
And we’re starting with something REALLY delicious: Peruvian Chicken! 🍗
Our Peruvian Chicken thighs are marinated for 24 whole hours. That means the chicken gets lots of time to soak up all those yummy flavors! 🤤

Then, we roast the chicken until it is tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Every bite is packed with delicious Peruvian-inspired goodness.

But wait… there’s more! 👀

We serve the chicken with crispy roasted potatoes 🥔 and a golden rice + quinoa blend 🍚 for the perfect mix of textures and flavors.

And then comes the ají amarillo sauce! 🌶️🍋

We recently sat down with the women behind Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company for a fireside chat with our very own Jordana Fuchs-Chesney, and left with a whole new appreciation for what it takes to make truly good food. 🧀
