Savor the Boulevard is an annual outdoor dining event held along the central street at Avalon in Alpharetta. The experience features a continuous, open-air table where guests enjoy custom multi-course menus prepared by the community’s chef-driven restaurants. In addition to exclusive food and drink pairings, the evening includes live musical entertainment, with event proceeds benefiting the Giving Kitchen to support food service workers in need.

a birthday dinner party to be remembered 🌱🍐 had so much fun creating this tablescape using real pears as the name card holders!! neutrals are out of my comfort zone as a colorful girly but there’s something so beautiful about this simplicity ✨ happy birthday to @pay10dediego + thank you again for the beautiful inspo @jdediegojr (LINK IN BIO for most of these items- aka everything that wasn’t vintage)

everything I served at my Marie Antoinette x ice age dinner party 🧊🧁🦢

a closer look at the food menu for the night

course I: steak tartare - finally chopped raw beef tenderloin, tossed with capers, shallots, Dijon mustard, topped with a fresh quail egg yolk, and gold leaf

course II: consommé - a crystal clear (in theory) intensely flavorful broth made from a clarified beef stock, silky, and deeply savory. Served with a delicate herb garnish. In theory, the clearer your soup the more Noble and wealthy you were- so it’s extremely fitting that our soup came out brown for we are but peasants

course III: salmon rillettes - a luxurious blend of slow poached and smoked salmon, whipped with butter, shallots, and fresh herbs. Rich and velvety, served with toasted baguette in the shape of snowflakes

course IV: vol-au-vent - a crisp puff pastry shell filled with a decadent French cream sauce of tender, diced chicken and wild mushrooms

course V: granité - French shaved ice infused with St. Germaine elderflower liqueur and sparkling champagne. A refreshing pallete cleanser.

course VI: duck confit - crispy, slow cooked duck leg over decadent velvety pomme purée finished with an opulent, blackberry and red wine reduction

definitely the star of the show

details on the cocktail menu! We ran out of the first two by the second course so note to self: friends are thirsty- triple liquor output for next next dinner party

after dinner drink: versailles frost carouse - a decadent after dinner zipper blending rich salted caramel cream with fine French cognac (remy martin 1738. Named after King louis XV issued an exclusive decree, allowing the company to plant new vineyards despite a nationwide ban put in place to prevent famine) by @goodhostatl
