from The Michelin Guide 2025🐟🐟🐟

It was an honor to be a part of the Michelin Guide’s first American South Ceremony. Our industry is just beginning to scratch the surface of the hidden gems within the South’s food scene. We are out here making history y’all!

This nod is a win for our community, farmers and makers that keep us going and also the Good Hot Fish staff. I’m thankful for our entire team that has seen our shop through some major highs and lows but through it all have still shown up in a way that fuels my creativity and encourages me to be a better leader.

The community of Asheville is so deserving of these recognitions and I feel blessed and honored to be in the midst of such overwhelming support and love.
