Hi, my name is Ana and i’m a TOTAL foodie and have always been passionate about making delicious foods that have functional benefits that compliment my 10 year health journey.

After being billed a 10K medical bill in the US, and equally finding out I was lactose + gluten intolerant, my food options became limited. I struggled with keeping up with my health while working full-time, and decided to take my health in my own hands 🤝.

Being overwhelmed with what was available on grocery shelves, I stuck to a simple trick in my health journey: if you can’t pronounce it, don’t eat it! This is the simple value we preach most at Goodie Bars: transparency is key 🔑.

With a serious gap in the market, I decided to create a multifaceted product from my mom’s garage in 2021. Made with less than 10 ingredients that will fuel you as a quick-meal/snack, pre/post workout, or a sugar craving that’s aimed to please at any time of day⚡️.

Favourite thing about being an entrepreneur:
making your own schedule and inspiring others to keep going forward when challenges arise

a winner is just a loser that tried one more time +
go into everything with zero expectations

This year changed me. It stretched me, humbled me, cracked me open, and rebuilt Goodie Bars from the inside out.

Through all the uncertainty, the sleepless nights, the setbacks, the near-losses, the breakthroughs… one thing never changed — the love I put into every single bar.

Today, I’m officially closing a chapter.

Creamy Almond and Creamy Peanut — our original flavours, the ones that built this little dream — are in their final weeks.

And our Holiday Spice is back for one last, limited-edition run.

This is our end of an era sale — a goodbye to what started it all, and a quiet, powerful hello to what’s coming next.

Since January, I’ve embarked on a crazy challenge: developing an entirely new product line from the ground up, often with minimal resources. Despite countless setbacks and trials, and juggling the demands of my existing business amidst significant changes and learning curves, I’m becoming accustomed to the inevitable ups and downs of this sometimes “daunting” journey of self improvement. Consistency has become my guiding principle, my refuge, and the key to future success. Through it all, I’m driven by the belief that with perseverance, even the toughest paths lead to extraordinary destinations ❤️‍🔥

Depuis janvier, je me suis lancée dans un défi fou : développer une ligne de produits entièrement nouvelle à partir de zéro, souvent avec des ressources minimales. Malgré d’innombrables revers et épreuves, et en jonglant avec les exigences de mon entreprise existante au milieu de changements et de courbes d’apprentissage significatifs, je commence à m’habituer aux hauts et aux bas inévitables de ce voyage parfois “intimidant” de l’amélioration de soi. La constance est devenue mon principe, mon refuge et la clé de ma réussite future. À travers tout cela, je suis animé par la conviction qu’avec de la persévérance, même les chemins les plus difficiles mènent à des destinations extraordinaires ❤️‍🔥

Having to stick it out through the high’s and low’s.

Accepting that you won’t always be in the best mental state, and moving forward to see the bigger picture.

At times, struggling to embrace challenges as opportunities.

Battling with making the “right” decisions: there’s no right or wrong, it’s really just trial & error.
