Just took my new pushbike for a test spin round the block.
Learnt 3 things.
1) Somehow I'm not as old and broken as I expected.
2) Modern bikes are so much better than these things used to be.
3) Bike shops obviously don't pay enough to have talent PDI'ing these things. I have a whole shopping list of adjustments to make. (Or I'm just particular 😮 ) by @goodluckmonkey

Some #ATC200 Death machine action today. Started at the back and worked forward chasing the electrical gremlin I bought it with. Checked the loom and switches for continuity to find the ignition switch was u/s.
Some fresh gaskets and jets in the carb, adjusted the camchain tensioner and auto clutch and it's pretty happy.

Sketchy as he'll through the woods at speed, but one of the easiest, most fun things ever to do low speed wheelies on. by @goodluckmonkey

Spent far too long looking at the carpentry and details on this just now, and not being happy with all of them, before committing to being fired down it. 😂 by @goodluckmonkey

Finally put some centre caps in the period correct #gramlights in the Stagea, and scraped the dirt off it. Always strange how a clean car drives nicer. 🤔

There's a big resurgence in #supermoto and Street #wheelies on Instagram these days. Its been a over 20 years since my first days of supermoto group rides but they were some great times with some great people. The #WR426 back in the day at Dunsfold. 2006 i think. by @goodluckmonkey

Kate's #FRV prepped for its MOT, then given a scrub. Still looks and drives great for 17 years old. Honda quality. 👌 by @goodluckmonkey
