I joined BNI a year ago mostly because I wanted to see how far I could push the system.

So I did 109 one-to-ones.

Somewhere between meeting everyone I could and constantly changing how I presented myself, I realised getting referred was only one part of it. People could say I was good at what I do, but if someone looked me up after, my work needed to say the same thing.

So I started taking that more seriously too.

Looking back, I think that’s been most of this year.

Try something. See what happens. Get better. Repeat.

The 109 didn’t even feel like much until I started digging through all these photos.

See you at the next 109. taken in Singapore by @googlepapacita
