POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

its been a week since we were here with you, we want to say a little something.

thankyou.
this GOOM meant more to us than ever before. more than we could ever put into words.
through all the turbulence - we made it here, to be with you.

thats why we do it. to have these moments of connection. thats all that matters.
when we see the way you move through the weekend with us, we smile. when we see the way you move through the music with us, we cry.

you are the biggest reminder of why GOOM is here.
GOOM is to bring people together.
we really felt like we were all here together this GOOM - we are so so lucky to have you.

to the artists, staff, volunteers, food vendors, security, medics, anyone and everyone who helped us be here.
thankyou.
you make it so uncomplicated. you know us and we know you - we are together.

to the punters.
thankyou.
you are the reason. you are the movement, the love, the absolute embodiment of WHY.
we might sound a bit woo woo - but we mean it.
thankyou for always proving us right.
we love you.

we never want to say goodbye.
so we will say ... see you in 2 years!

love always,

our sound system is 100% solar powered.

always has been. we try to minimise our footprint where we can.

the crew from DIY Hifi come on board each year to set up our stage. theyre the best, quite literally THE best. they made the solar sound sytem and they seriously know their stuff.
we can provide a hand written and hand delivered testimonial to anyone wanting to use DIY Hifi and their systems. i mean it when i say theyre great.

soooo, we run off the sun.
we’re off grid.
we are with DIY HIFI.

yay to solar ! yay to doing your bit ! by @goomfest

well… this is a bit of a hurdle, let us explain.

we are rescheduling.

with recent weather conditions and the current fires around VIC, we have had your safety at the absolute top of mind. through extensive discussion with CFA and local council, we have had to make the hard decision to reschedule GOOM.

trust me, we did quite literally everything we could to get you here and dancing. but in this climate, we have to take the advice of the authorities.

stay with us - we will be back very VERY soon with a date. locking everything in as we speak, theres just a fewww people we have to make sure are free lol.

although we wont be seeing you this weekend, let it be known that when we do see you… we will be dancing day and f*cking night.

thankyou for being here with us through it all, seriously.
festivals dont need this right now, but we do need you - thank heavens youre here!

give us a hot second to get back to you (keep april free is all i will say).
nothing will ever stop GOOM if we have anything to do with it.

GOOM is about holding hands.

we are here to smile, dance and hold each other. be together - nothing else matters.

we've got your back through it all.
if you feel unsafe or see something you think could be unsafe behaviour, let any of our staff know.
we have processes in place to help in every way we can. GOOM is a safe place for all, it matters that our people feel that way too.

we accept all of you. every single part. bring everything to GOOM.
lets just be together. by @goomfest
