@design_hotels is all about places with character, so @plot_projects felt like a pretty perfect fit. We wanted the food to reflect that same design focus and created a full menu, starting with a series of one bites served across a sculptural table in the middle of the space. A few months ago, we celebrated SEB’s 50th anniversary with a seated dinner at the @staedelmuseum. As the event took place right at the start of summer, we chose a menu that brought plenty of colour to the plates. The setting found an unexpected echo in the room next door, where Elmgreen & Dragset’s “The Cloud” recreated a meticulously staged fine dining restaurant as part of “Stillleben mit Gemüse”.

We hosted our very first Pasta Workshop, learning about ingredients, the right techniques and getting our hands messy in the best way. ❤️

At @goose_eventspace we made our own gnocchi, tagliatelle & ricotta-filled ravioli before sitting down to enjoy a cozy dinner together.

Serving for @rosalia.vt 😭❤️‍🩹 Kann uns bitte jemand kneifen? Die letzten Wochen waren super aufregend. Wir waren für den Launch der neuen Calvin Klein Euphoria Elixirs im Douglas x Calvin Klein Pop-up in Düsseldorf … gemeinsam mit ROSALÍA 🥹🍸
Inspiriert von den neuen Düften durften wir passende Drinks & One Bites kreieren. 🧊

Es war definitiv eines unserer liebsten Projekte bislang!! Danke @douglas_cosmetics @calvinklein @cotyinc für euer Vertrauen! ❤️

April so far at GOOSE...
1 Poached pear with blue cheese cream & toasted walnuts
2 Tiramisu-style French toast with cocoa nibs and a glitter cherry on top
3 Chocolate tartlets filled with strawberry cream & white chocolate ganache
4 Duck on a bed of purple carrot purée with cardamom & leek
5 Roasted fennel served with a warm green apple & mild mustard sauce
6 Mini sandwiches with smoked mushrooms, cherry jelly & blossoms
7 Fresh asparagus cream with pink pepper, radish & mint oil (finally it’s asparagus season!!!)

Well... guess pink & red have been our favorite combo lately 💘😅 taken in Frankfurt, Germany by @goosegourmet

Kleine Side Story für alle, die uns noch nicht ganz so lange kennen: Patriks & Gökhans (und damit quasi unsere @goosegourmet) kulinarische Reise hat damals mit dem Verkauf von herzhaften Waffeln aus einem Oldtimer-Foodtruck gestartet.

Seitdem sind über 12 Jahre vergangen, wir sind gewachsen und Waffeln stehen heute eher selten auf dem Programm. Aber sie sind und bleiben einfach unsere erste große Liebe. 🏹♥️ Umso schöner war’s, vor einer Weile mal wieder das Waffeleisen auszupacken: für eine Waffel Cooking Class mit @tankmal.gi & einer Handvoll Freunden. 🪩🤍
