Riverside Sessions Vol.001
What an absolute treat to experience the beginning of something so incredibly wholesome and new. I’ve been waiting to find the words to post but it’s really coming down to being one of those events that you just had to be there for.

@theonisound @rockcastleriverside_ @a1productions1
Thank you for such a beautiful weekend full of authentic connection and top tier sound, and for putting your all into something meaningful while simply trusting the process. This wasn’t just an “if you build it, they will come” this was so much more than that. The line up curation, the production, the decibel awareness, the hospitality, the way every single person got to absolutely boogie, curators, staff, vendors, and patrons.. all getting down like our lives depended on it and that shit is so special.
@gopherbagel and the Indy fam, thank you so much for your endless love and good vibes, and for keeping me fucking fed.
To all of the artists who threw the fuck down, you’re all absolute sickos and I appreciate you big af for it. See you guys next year for Vol.002 taken in Rockcastle Riverside by @gopherbagel

Our first…First Friday of many! We will be serving up hot and steamy sandwiches and refreshing drink options starting at 6PM until we sellout! Located at Mako in the CCIC! We have your classic bacon, egg, and cheese with our melty roasted garlic chipotle cream cheese! A knock out combo of homemade tomato soup to dip a stellar grilled cheese that features 3 cheeses, roasted garlic butter, all on a black pepper parmesan bagel. Also; for your sweet tooth, a blueberry bagel topped with fluffernutter cream cheese, a banana, and a maple sugar dusting! Homemade hot chocolate, hot apple cider, and a fresh squeezed lavender lemonade! If you made it this far…we hope to see you there! We cannot wait to serve you well! 🥯🙌🏽💜 taken in Mako Dab Bar & Dispensary by @gopherbagel

Gopher Bagel’s🥯 creative brainchild🧠 for our first major event was this gorgeous and eye catching cold brew. We infused 20+ bags of Cinnamon Toast Crunch in whole milk🥛that we gently sweetened with agave. We brewed fresh cold brew and topped it with our special cereal milk blend. We gassed the drink up with a tiny bowl of cereal🥣 on top for a quick snack while our champion🏆customers waited for their bagels. This drink will be making its comeback at a further date. Our upcoming Bass, Bagels, and Buds 🥯🔊👯 event on 10/24/25 will feature a house-made Lavender Lemonade🍋, a house-made delicious and creamy hot cocoa(of course it’s topped with mini marshmallows), and a tangy hot apple cider as well! We cannot wait to see everyone so soon &&& keep a look out for more menu details in the upcoming weeks before the event! 🙌🏽🔥🥳 by @gopherbagel

Back in June we pulled off the largest Gopher Bagel event to date! It was an absolute joy to share our love of quality bagel sandwiches & coffee with so many at the @woodruffplace Flea Market

We were thrilled with the outcome and abundance of support! We are looking forward to many more! 💜🥯👏🏽 taken in Woodruff Place, Indianapolis by @gopherbagel
