POSTS STORIES REELS

People ask how to work with us, and the honest answer is: it depends on how much company you want.

• PitchWell Pro: the platform. 34K+ journalists + producers, pitches drafted from each outlet's real coverage, follow-ups tracked (so nothing dies in a forgotten tab.... I know that tab)
• All Access: everything in Pro, plus weekly Pitch Blitzes, trainings + founders doing the reps right next to you
• Workshops, activations + speaking: we come to your fund, community, or event

Different doors, same belief: you don't need a gatekeeper to be seen. First 7 days free, link in bio. Partnerships: DM us "partner." by @gopitchwell

Some missions deserve a bigger mic.

Today we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and the work of building a more just world.

One line of his that plays in our head again and again:
“Life’s most persistent and urgent question is: What are you doing for others?”

That question is part of why we built @gopitchwell in the first place. Visibility shouldn’t be reserved for the loudest, the best connected, or the most resourced. It should be a tool that helps more people be seen, heard, and valued, especially the people doing the work that holds communities together.

So today we’re announcing Pitch for Good: a new initiative to support verified nonprofits and veteran communities with full access to PitchWell completely free. That means the same tools people use to get agency-level PR output, including pitch creation, smart matching, and outreach workflows, at no cost.

This is just the beginning. Over the next week or two, we’ll be rolling out verification and onboarding details.

This carousel is our “how it started vs how it’s going” for @gopitchwell

In May, it was an idea scribbled after an innovation event and a slightly unhinged six-hour AI deep dive.

By June, Katie @kpass_ and I were mapping the product, the market, the non-negotiables, and what we refused to build.

By July, dev was turning the vision into real software.

In September, @haleylancaster_ joined us to support with strategic growth!

Then things got loud in the best way.
50 users. 200 users. 300 users.
1,000+ personalized pitches generated.
45% open rate on sent pitches.
3.8 million podcast hosts + journalists on the platform!

Also, yes, we built most of this while I was living in Italy with my family. Because apparently I like a challenge with a cappuccino.

PitchWell is for credible experts who are done waiting to be “chosen.”

We’re building the place where you become the reputable source!

If you want in, comment PITCH and we’ll send you the link for a free one week trial!

AI can write your pitch. It can find the right journalist in seconds. What it should never do is replace the voice they’re booking..... yours. That’s the line we built PitchWell on. Free 7-day trial, link in bio. #aitools #founder #visibility #ThoughtLeadership #pr by @gopitchwell

We call it humble. The feed calls it invisible..... and the features keep going to louder, less-qualified voices.

Slide 10 is a personal attack. You’re welcome.

Reach gets you seen once. Trust gets you chosen..... and AI recommends the experts it can verify, not the loudest ones. Day 1 of the Visibility Sprint starts this morning. If you registered, check your inbox. If you didn't, the link in bio works until we go live. #AIVisibility #AISearch #PRForFounders #earnedmedia #ThoughtLeadership by @gopitchwell

Pitches went out LIVE on Day 1 yesterday.

Meanwhile, this week inside PitchWell: Kaitlyn’s hand rendering + quotes landed in the Fall 2026 print issue of Business of Home, in a story about designers who are saying no to AI. Rebecca booked the Badass Women in Business Podcast with a pitch generated + sent through PitchWell. And Alexis went from our SF Tech Week hot seat to a booked interview in under a week. Darshana + Nathan are in the carousel too.

Day 2 starts this morning..... the trail AI reads. Replays go to everyone registered. by @gopitchwell

Days 1 + 2 of the Visibility Sprint are free. Day 3 is where we build it together, and VIP is $47:

This is the account for the women who are brilliant at the work and done being the secret. Find yourself here, then stay.

The Visibility Sprint starts tomorrow. Link in bio. by @gopitchwell

I'm going to brag about Katie Pulsifer for a minute.

On Oct 6 her press release went out (she's a master life coach, announcing her January certification), and less than a day later it had landed in 1,267 places online, including the Associated Press, Yahoo Finance and Business Insider.

What I love most is that it didn't start there. Katie has been showing up to our Tuesday Pitch Blitzes for months, pitching live, getting podcast yeses the next morning. The press release landed on a trail she'd already built.

That trail is exactly what we build together at the Visibility Sprint, Oct 27 to 29. Days 1 + 2 are free, link in bio. by @gopitchwell

Try this before you scroll: open ChatGPT and ask it who the go-to [what you do] is in your city or your industry.

If your name didn't come up, you're in very good company. More and more of your buyers start right there, and what comes back is a short list.

The names AI pulls up have a trail: podcast episodes, quotes, features, press. That's old-school PR (the analog work I've done for 250+ clients over the last decade, built on real relationships with journalists, editors and hosts) with a modern twist: earned media is what gets you into those AI answers.

So I'm going live for three days, Oct 27 to 29. Days 1 + 2 are free:

→ Day 1 (1 hour): why AI recommends some experts and not others, plus a live audit of what it says about you
→ Day 2 (1 hour): build the trail AI reads, with pitches written live in PitchWell
→ Day 3 (VIP, $47, 90 minutes): the Build Lab, with your topics, bio, angles + a 25-target list

Every day starts at 10am PT, and free seats get the replay for 7 days.

Comment SPRINT and I'll send you the link, or grab it in my bio. by @gopitchwell

Your buyers are already asking AI who to hire. So where does that answer come from?

About 84% of what AI tools cite is earned media (Muck Rack). Not ads. Not your website. Articles, podcasts, features.... places where someone else said your name. And mentions in real coverage predict AI visibility about three times more strongly than backlinks.

The podcast interview you keep putting off is you teaching the machines who to recommend. The article you never pitched is a recommendation AI can never make. Get into the trail early, and you own your category’s answer.

Building that trail live is the whole Visibility Sprint, Oct 27 to 29. Days 1 + 2 are free: link in bio.
