GRATEFUL FOR EVERYTHING 2025 BROUGHT, GOOD OR BAD.

THANK YOU TO MY FAMILY AND THE COUSINS I RECONNECTED WITH. TO MY FRIENDS, COLLABORATORS, PARTNERS, SUPPORTERS AND THOSE WHO GAVE ME GUIDANCE DURING TOUGH TIMES.

I’LL KEEP BEING A SHOULDER YOU CAN LEAN ON WHEN NEEDED.

TOO MANY WINS NOT TO CELEBRATE.
FROM GRADUATING, TO DROPPING AN ALBUM, TO TRAVELLING BACK TO CANADA, AND TO UNDERSTANDING MORE ABOUT WHAT I’M AIMING FOR AFTER THOSE BREAKING POINTS.

WHAT A BLISS.

STILL AMAZED, STILL HUNGRY.

ON TO THE NEXT CHAPTER. by @gorak_post

Releasing this album has been the hardest one yet. I’ve wanted to share it with you for so long, but I had to navigate a lot of inner doubt, some questioning, politicking, second-guessing… noise, frankly.

Music means so much to me, and I reached a point where I just couldn’t keep compromising.
This project is far from flawless, but it’s honest. I owe that honesty not only to those who’ve supported me, but especially to myself. Writing these songs led me to some deep self-reflection, and through that process, I grew. I came out of it with a clearer understanding of who I am and what I want.

There were things I needed to say, and a direction I needed to take sonically, just to find something that truly felt like me.

Special thanks and shoutouts to my team, @clara_lenaaa , and the great @kingkalabash for accepting to be part of this very vulnerable album for me, and for honoring my production with their amazing vocals.
Shoutout to my man @aphergang , who mixed and mastered the project once again, and helped me push my sound to a new standard.
Special big up to @roo.cco , an amazing and very talented photographer I worked with on the cover and the photography series that goes along with the project.

I’m super grateful to everyone who cares for my music and my craft, and who allows me to express things how I want, the way I want. No better feeling than that for me these days.
This is definitely a transformation. So listen to it, dance to it, ride to it, drive to it, sing to it, and live your summer with it, and beyond.

Love, G. by @gorak_post
