Still reflecting on last weekend and feeling incredibly grateful for the men who were on this journey with us. 🤝🏼

There’s something powerful about getting together, stepping away from the noise, and challenging each other to become who we’re meant to be.

Boys don’t become men by accident. We’re forged through responsibility, adversity, faith, brotherhood, and the willingness to lead when it’s easier to sit back.

Men who protect their homes.
Men who provide.
Men who stand for what they believe in.
Men who take responsibility.
Men who lead their families, their communities, and their brothers beside them.

Stop trying to fit in when you were made to stand out.

Our country needs more of us willing to stand up, take charge, and lead by example.

Patience isn’t sitting around waiting.

Patience is staying under the weight long enough to become strong enough to carry it.

You build muscle in the gym by pushing yourself to failure. You build character the same way.

Every great athlete took years to become the best. And they only maintain that symbolic place by continuing to push themselves harder than anyone else is willing to.

That’s the game.

Taking on more than you think you can handle. Getting crushed by the weight. Figuring out how to hold it anyway. And being willing to bet it all on yourself and God to bless you with the wisdom, strength, and discernment to turn the vision in your heart into reality.

Everything worth having was forged through heat.

The pressure. The setbacks. The uncertainty. The seasons where you wonder if you’re actually capable.

But if you quit on yourself every time it starts to hurt, suffering becomes a pattern you spend your whole life running from—and you never build anything truly meaningful.

You’re here for a reason.

You have that dream for a reason.

And it’s your responsibility to make it real.

So keep pushing. Keep believing. Keep carrying the weight.

One day you’ll look back and realize the pressure wasn’t breaking you.

It was building you.

Stop rushing.. In a world filled with instant gratification don’t forget that nothing worth having comes overnight.

Too many people are obsessed with the result while completely disconnected from the process.

You can’t turn up the heat on the oven and expect the cake to cook faster. Some things simply take time.

The adversity you’re facing isn’t always in your way. Sometimes it’s the test you have to pass to prove you’re capable of handling what’s on the other side.

So when the challenges come, get excited.

You’re being given an opportunity to level up.

Everyone is bad at everything in the beginning. Stop being frustrated that you aren’t excellent six months in.

You didn’t know how to write an essay or do algebra six months after you were born. Why would building a business, a career, a body, or an extraordinary life be any different?

It’s necessary to suck.

Stop looking for shortcuts. No one you admire was born the best at what they do.

Think in decades. Work in days.

Wherever your heart lies, go all in.

And ask yourself: What’s the worst that can happen?

Name it. Know it. Then imagine yourself 80+ years from now, looking back at this exact moment.

Was the risk worth taking?

Because here’s the part nobody talks about:

Most people don’t lose because they tried and failed.

They lose because they never tried at all.

They travel safely through life only to arrive at the end with a lifetime of untapped potential still inside of them.

Don’t be that person.

Get off the bench.

Get in the game.

The world needs you to become who you’re capable of becoming.

Find joy in the work.
Find pride in the discipline.
Find gratitude in the struggle.
Find fulfillment in becoming someone you respect.

The goal was never just to HAVE more.

It’s to BECOME more.

Because when you become more, you can carry more.

More responsibility.
More impact.
More purpose.
More life.

That’s the price of being different.

When you realize that doing hard things is preparing you for the path God has paved for you, your entire life changes.

Doing hard things isn’t an option. It’s a requirement for growth.

You will never grow by remaining comfortable. In fact, it’s impossible to stay stagnant. You’re either growing or you’re dying.

Success requires sacrifice.
Success requires growth.
Success requires becoming the person who is worthy of carrying, stewarding, and living the dream God has placed in your heart.

It doesn’t come easy. And maybe that’s the point.

I’m so proud of everyone who made it out to this retreat — who chose to invest in themselves, be challenged, get uncomfortable, and grow.

Thank you to every incredible speaker who poured into our team over these last few days. This video is just a small recap of the value, wisdom, and perspective that was delivered.

I truly believe lives were changed at this retreat.

Now it’s time to take what was poured into us and go build something with it.

Keep growing. Keep leading. Keep winning. 🏆

Building a business is incredible when you get to do it alongside like-minded people who are chasing a common vision.

A few years ago, this retreat was just a vision. A dream of creating a culture where people could grow, challenge themselves, and become more than they thought possible.

Today, it’s reality.

Watching the team experience breakthroughs, have powerful conversations, dream bigger, and realize what they’re truly capable of was a reminder of why we started.

Never give up. Bet on yourself. Do what it takes.

You have gifts inside of you that are meant to bless people. There are people you’re called to reach, families you’re called to impact, and lives you’re capable of changing.

But you can’t do that by playing small.

You can’t impact people with gifts you’re afraid to develop. You can’t lead people where you’re unwilling to go. And you can’t build the life you were created for by constantly choosing comfort.

The vision becomes reality when you refuse to quit.

Keep believing. Keep growing. Keep pushing.
