We’re stoked to have landed at number 3 for this year’s @boothbydrinks Best Bars NSW award.

An honour to be here alongside so many of the industry's greats. Thanks to everyone who's enjoyed a drink with us so far — here's to many more. 🥂

here’s what we showcased at the @bartendersweekender afterparty @honeydripper.hifi courtesy of @thebalvenie and @glenfiddichwhisky.

Berghain Backroom

Influenced by the dark hedonistic atmosphere of Berlins nightlife.

The Balvenie 12, homemade raspberry liquor, black syrup (liquorice root, aniseed, fennel seed, tonka bean, molasses and raw sugar). Served on a block of ice with an edible panther print.

White Noise

A martini that will cut through the head noise.

Condensed milk washed Hendricks Another, olive & white chocolate.
Served at sub zero with a choc coated olive.

We were lucky enough to be invited over to Mexico by @delao_gdl and @el_tequileno — spending time at distilleries, cooking with locals, and taking over De La O for an evening.

We are humbled and beyond excited to be awarded the global ‘Best Bar Design’ award from @50bestbars. What an honour. A big thanks to 50 Best Bars, and to @cass.handmade for blending her inspired vision with ours — sourcing and curating our space around principles of eclectic, soulful, and sustainable design.

Wow!!! What an incredible honour to be even considered in this list, let alone win best new bar. A huge thank you to everyone involved and everyone who has come in to @disco_pantera for a knock off martini. I’m always in awe of our incredible team who put everything in to this wee bar every single day - so much respect to you all. Congratulations to all of the bars recognised. Special mentions to our friendly and talented neighbours @doubledeucelounge and @oldlovessyd for more than deservedly taking the top accolade! Be sure to check out the full list @boothbydrinks and tick em all off. Big love!! taken in Disco Pantera by @gordonpurnell
