As part of our current New York exhibition, we are proud to include two works by Gordon Winarick. @gordonwinarick

His practice navigates a delicate balance between control and intuition, building surfaces that pulse with layered color, shifting contrasts, and a sense of quiet endurance. These works evoke a contemplative space in which color operates as a carrier of emotional and material resonance.

Silence is both a theme and a tool in his practice. He is drawn to what he calls the in between, the moments of apparent nothingness where clarity and truth often surface. By reducing excess and allowing space to remain open, Winarick invites viewers to slow down and meet themselves within the work. He lives and works in New York.
