Day 9. Wanted to challenge my handle today and get some live reps. Did a lot of 2-on-1 scenarios, with the main goal of pushing my handle and applying everything I’ve been working on. #college #viral #basketball #ballislife #ballhandling by @gorelz5

Day 7. Tennis ball work. Working on my hand eye coordination while challenging myself to dribble faster and catch the tennis ball with my opposite hand. Building control, reaction time, and coordination. #viral #basketball #college #ballhandling #ballislife by @gorelz5

Day 3, slow feet don’t eat. Anyone can dribble a basketball, but great handles are all about rhythm. It starts from the ground up. If you don’t train your feet, the ball won’t follow. The players with the best handles usually have the best footwork. #viral #basketball #juco #ballislife by @gorelz5

We got 10 days off from school workouts and my focus is improving my ball handling. I’ll be one of the main ball handlers this season so I need my handle tight to make plays. Day 1/10 of getting the ball on a string. Follow along and if you’re trying to level up your handle too, give these drills a try. #viral #basketball #ballhandling #college by @gorelz5
