For our PDX sea sisters: Join us for @gorge_performance ‘s ladies night on Thursday, September 3. They will be hosting women’s films of all sorts and we’re stoked to be apart. 🎥

We’re excited to share one of our new short surf films there “Breaking Softly” as well as our friend Lauren’s film @overtheundertow from Aotearoa.

September 3, 5:30-8pm ish. Come for the good community vibes.

We will also have a little merch + art table there with some new Sea Together art prints. 🤍

AmpSurf PNW Learn to Surf Clinic, August 8th & 9th in Seaside, Oregon

Event Overview:

Join us at the beach sharing the power of Adaptive Surf Therapy for People with Disabilities, Veterans & First Responders.

We will be hosting 2 days of our Learn to Surf Clinics for people living with disabilities, Veterans and First Responders. All people living with a disability or lifelong condition are invited to participate. For this event we are partnering with our friends at Adventures Without Limits (AWL), based out of Oregon. by @gorge_performance

For all you folks who are nostalgic for the good ol' days of 60's and 70's longboard hotdogging, our next First Thursday feature film will scratch that itch. "Some Like It Classic" was shot in 16mm film over 7 years and is narrated by Robert "Wingnut" Weaver.

Bring your own camp chair and join us August 6th from 5:30-7:30ish and enjoy cold beverages from local breweries and a film you won't want to miss!

Happening today — on Saturday July 18 in Portland, Oregon — kicking-off at 2pm PST.

The event will feature a preview of @00akadoublezero wetsuits by XIIIG @aka13g. There will also be fittings for the multisport and all-terrain @aka13g Liber Jacket (aka “The Ninja Jacket”).

For those that partake, Johnny Utah IPA will be available for 21+ attendees (while supplies last).

And did you know that the famous and climactic “Bells Beach” scene from the 1991 classic film was actually filmed at Indian Beach in Ecola State Park near Cannon Beach, Oregon?

Couldn’t be happier with how the Gorge Ultra Distance went. We had a stacked field on both the men and women’s side, making it the most competitive race I have been in within the U.S since ICF in Sarasota. Was a battle the whole time between @conbax @danisenoglu @dannyching404 and myself. Stoked to come out in 2nd place! Huge thanks to our title sponsors @cooksolutionsgroup and @slingball1 who we could not have pulled this off without. Also shout out to Senior Taco for providing us with the best burritos in the Portland metro, nothing better than pounding one after 17 miles of racing. We also could have not had the event without all of our participants, whether you raced or volunteered you were a part in this inaugural event. Last and certainly not least, I would like to thank my partner in this project, Joel Yang. I don’t even wanna think about what a disaster it could have been without your help along the entire way. As someone who can barely use a computer, without you I would have likely run a very disorganized event if it even ended up happening.
