All The Awards Was Fun Growing Up From Academics To Cheering😭🥹 But This One Just Hit DIFFERENT 🥹😭🥲 I Have The Governor AND Secretary Stamped! This Is Beyond My Wildest Dreams! But Let Me Tell Y’all How I Beat The Odds! In Elementary I Had Academic Problems But I Still Managed To Succeed Beyond That Because I Wasn’t Going To School Because Of Environmental Circumstances I Had To Work Harder, Thanks To My Grandma Barbara That I Was Pulled Out Of That Situation! So Moving Forward I Had Mishaps In School During Testing Where I Was The Last One Left Testing. They Almost Didn’t Give Me My Credit For Graduation For One Of My Class The Lady Said I Had A “C” When I Know For A Fact I Passed C Or Not 😂😭💯 I End Up Overcoming And Passing That! Speaking Of Being A “C” Student, One Of The Secrataries At Miami Carol City High Called Me Into His Office And Showed Me My Grades, Why I Had STRAIGHT “C”’s! He Was Asking Me Do I Think I’m A C Student And That I’m Not And How I Could Turn Them Cs Into As And Bs! Now Let Me Say How If I Didn’t Call State Board I Would Still Be Waiting On My Actual License Which Is This 👆⏫ Man I Had To Send Screenshots Confirming That I Took And Passed My Theory Exam . I Didn’t Just Take It, I Studied And Paid For It So Yea I Was Mad, Cause Like Why Y’all Don’t Have That On File Already??? 😭😂 However This Bought Me Back To All The Obstacles I Overcame To Get To This Position In Life. I Humbly Followed Through And Was Sent My License The Next Day (Which Is Today) I’M ASTOUNDED!! I Said That To Say If You’re In School, I’m Telling You To APPLY YOURSELF Just Exactly How My Grandma Taught Me! Never Give Up When It Gets Hard Because That’s When You Pray And Strive Past That Hardship! This Was NOT Easy Do Not Believe The People That Say It Is. You Have To Apply Yourself To This The Same Way You’d Apply To Another Degree Or Course. Other Than That I’m So Happy Might Be Crying All Day Tears Of Joy Just In Aweee🥹🥹🥹 If Any Of You Have Questions DM Me !! Ok!!! I’m OFFICIALLY A Licensed Cosmetologist 🥹🥳🤞 I Just Came From Retaking/Renewing My Theory Exam. On My Previous Post Pertaining To Theory I Have “PASS” Results, However Those Results Are From 2023! Every 2 Years I Have To Renew My License. I Low-key Paused With Examinations From Theory Because I NEVER EVER Failed Theory Exams, So I Created Room For My Practical Exam Instead And Ultimately Passed Both Exams. However, I Never Let My Guard Down Even Though I Passed Every Time I Took It, I Went In There With The Same Anxiety, Nervousness And Uncertainty As If It Was My First Exam Ever And Undeniably, That Said Resilience Got Me To Where I Am Now, A Licensed Professional! 🥹🥳😩 I Finally Passed Practical After 8 Years! A Weight Has Been Lifted Off My Shoulders And I Just Want To Thank All My Family And Friends That Supported This Journey And Motivated Meeee!! Before I Start My Rant I Just Want To Let Y’all Know How True This Statement Is (There’s A Master Plan In Store For You If You Just Make It Throughh) . I Love This Song Motivation Frfr!!!

I Had A Conversation With A Friend Recently And Was Asked Why I Don’t Be Outside And How I Should Come Outside More But I Said I Been There Done That Outside Going To Always Be Outside I Really Used To Be Illegally In Strip Clubs In HIGH SCHOOL 😭😭😭🥳 So It Really Got To A Point, i Had To Ask Myself What Am I Celebrating?? Turning Up And Celebrating Failure? My View And Standpoint Is Completely Different Then Others. I Don’t Care How Long It Took I No Longer Felt Like “Myself” . At One Point, I Only Challenged My Cosmetology License, Meaning You Pass One Portion But Not Passed Both Parts ! It’s So Easier To Say “Still Celebrate Half” But I’m Not A Half Way Type Of Chick!! That Partial Success Was Eating Me Alive For The Past 8 Years! But I NEVER Gave Up.. All I Really Have To Say Is DON’T QUIT! DON’T GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS! BLOCK OUT THE HATERS AND NAYSAYERS AND BE MINDFUL OF THE COMPANY YOU KEEP DURING THE TIME OF TRANSITION. YOU’LL NOTICE WHO GOD ACTUALLY PLACE IN YOUR LIFE AND WHO JUST WANT THE BENEFIT OF SAYING THEY KNOW YOU.. This Is Just The Beginning And It’s Ok To Take Time Off To Chase Your Dreams Because Had I Still Been Outside With Distractions I Wouldn’t Be Able To Officially Work As A Florida Cosmetologist!! I’m Honored And Blessed To Say I Passed BOTH Parts & I’m Official🥹 I Knew It Was Close When High Caliber People Were Still Booking Me, My Talent Is Impeccable And This Just Put The Icing On The Cake!!! && Before My Mama Passed She Was Like “YOU BETTER PASS IT” and That Junk Tore Me Up So I Had To !!! My Mama Went To Cosmetology School And Couldn’t Finish But I DID😌✨🪪 Man I Grieved And Still Manage To WIN! You Can Too! No Excuses Forget What Other People Getting In Your Ear Talking About! Shut Out The NOISE Cause That’s All That Is.. This Only The Beginning….
