GORUCK Rucker 5.0 🔥

Rucking has been around for over two million years. Our bodies evolved to efficiently carry weight back to the tribe, high and tight on our backs. Two thousand years ago, Roman Legionnaires used rucking as a test to select their best soldiers, a practice that continues with today’s Special Forces. And the body remains as da Vinci drew it, elegant in its creation and refined to ruck weight over time and distance, on our backs. This is the life we choose. Beware of imitators. There is only one Monster, only one GORUCK, and only one Rucker to rule them all.

The Rucker®️ 5.0 supports for your spine’s natural curvature while you’re out crushing calories, building strength, and saving your joints one step at a time — and it retains the fit and feel that is as timeless and natural as the human body.

The Rucker is the greatest and most comfortable rucksack ever built. Though many imitators exist now, it has no equal. The only thing tougher and more elegant than the Rucker is the person using it, and that means you.

NEW FOR 5.0:
Lumbar Support: A “damn that’s big” foam pad designed for maximum lumbar and lower back support.
Magnetic Internal Pockets: Upgraded internal storage with silent, snag-free magnetic closures for quick and secure access that will not get crushed like zippers and function way better than VELCRO.

WHY I RUCK - PART 2: THE TRIBE

Shared hardship builds a bond that is difficult to create any other way. Carrying weight and covering miles together reveals how we respond to discomfort and how we support the people beside us.

For me, rucking is an opportunity to build those relationships. To surround myself with people who hold each other accountable, push through difficult moments, and remain committed to finishing together.

Trust grows through that shared effort

🏔️ ONE MOUNTAIN. ONE DREAM. A JOURNEY THAT CHANGES PERSPECTIVES.

Standing at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, you see a mountain. But beyond its beautiful landscapes lies a journey of courage, determination, and discovery.

From the lush rainforest to the breathtaking alpine desert, every step reveals a different side of Africa’s highest mountain.

For our CMT to Kilimanjaro community, this mountain represents something even greater: hope, awareness, inclusion, and the power of pursuing dreams.

In 2027, we look forward to sharing this incredible journey with people who want to make a difference.

28 years military service. Retired in 2019. I still carry that flag! It doesn’t matter who you voted for. What matters is are you living a life worthy of their sacrifice? Today, we remember September 11, 2001 — a day that tested our nation, broke our hearts, and revealed the extraordinary courage of the American spirit.

We honor the innocent lives taken, the first responders who ran toward danger, and the men and women who answered the call to serve our country in the years that followed.

We remember their courage. We honor their sacrifice. We stand proud and united as Americans.

God bless the fallen. God bless their families. And God bless the United States of America 🦅🇺🇸

We will never ever forget ❤️

25 years ago today the trajectory of my life changed. Being from NY this day always holds significance to me. I have spent my entire adulthood in defense of this great nation. Today along with @mets @tdbank_us @teamrwb we climbed to remember the almost 3,000 lives lost that day and remember the sacrifices people are still making defending her from all enemies foreign and domestic. by @goruckhk

25 Years. We Will Never Forget 🇺🇸

This year marks a profound milestone: a quarter of a century since the events of September 11, 2001, changed our country forever.

To honor the 2,977 lives lost during the four attacks on U.S. soil, our community came together for the 9/11 Stair Climb. Side by side, our Eagles pushed through the physical and emotional weight to climb 2,200 stairs—the exact number of steps our heroic first responders took as they ascended the 110-story World Trade Center to save civilians.

The impact of that day echoes deeply through our military and veteran communities, having launched the longest war our nation has ever faced. Every single step we took today was a tribute to the victims, the brave heroes of 9/11, and the service members who answered the call in the decades that followed.

We climb to remember.
We climb to honor 🦅🇺🇸
