No one wants to be #lonely while in a relationship
(logical right ?!)

Still that’s what happens in 90% of case!

It doesn’t mean your partner has to share all your hobbies, all of your interests, each of your minutes or have the same friends.

But ! :

They do need to communicate their needs and wants.
They need to be able to listen and hear you.
They need to be able to love you as a human being first, and then as a partner.

But for most people, a relationship is just a job - Not even a purpose
Not a soulmate.
Not a best friend.
Not a confidant.
Just someone they hired to occupy the position of the witness in their life.

Of course it’s easier to find - but oh God! How torturing to come home to someone who NEVER GETS YOU!

You start to walk away from it emotionally, or and worst - you’re starting to lose yourself subconsciously thinking your dreams and truths are not that important. While they are.. and should be to yourself and someone else - more suitable. taken in Nice, France by @gorx.u

Letting go isn’t easy .
But I’ve come to learn that holding on can be much heavier than we admit. ⚖️

Letting go wasn’t one big moment — it was quiet.

Day by day. Not dramatic. Not loud. Just necessary.
With it comes fear. Doubt.Flashbacks and moral exhaustion; & with every release, you do not lose yourself — you found more of who you really are.

Letting go is not weakness. It’s strength.

It’s choosing peace over control.

It’s progress — not the kind you post about, but the kind that changes you from the inside.

And that’s the most powerful thing I’ve learned from it:

Real growth doesn’t always look like becoming more.
