Coaching is generally understood as a progressive, forward-focused way of working.

But when it comes to relationships, separation and matters of the heart, I found there was something missing.

The root of any problem is what we believe. And our beliefs were created in the past.

Clients would often say to me, “I know this isn’t therapy, but…” and then want and need to unpack what had happened in a much more therapeutic way.

So my work developed.

We work with the future and where you want to go.
The present, where the problem is occurring.
And the past, what needs to be unpacked so you can move forward.

I’m not a therapist and I don’t try to be.
I teach. I coach. And I work in a therapeutic way.
Over the years, this has become the body of work I call Coaching Therapy.
It’s what serves my clients. It’s what they love. And it works.

I’ve helped hundreds of people come through painful relationship experiences and come out the other side reinvented, reinvigorated and ready for what comes next.

Discipline doesn’t feel great.
In the moment.
But it’s so good for your mind.
As soon as the body is in motion there is something else to think about.
And the rest of the day is easier because the default thinking goes to what been done - not what hasn’t. Winning!

Thanks to bro boy marketing, bs artists, and scaling- coaches, life coaching can have a dubious reputation.

Good coaching is an art form. And one that has taken me a decade to feel like I have mastery in.
If you are seeking insight, gift, confidence, direction, clarity and or collaboration with whatever you are working on. A coach (this coach ;) might just be missing link .

No pressure.
But be aware survival thinking - the fear based thinking that doesn’t like change is what can keep you repeating patterns and stagnating as an unconscious form of protection.
