To our incredible San Mateo Gymnastics coaches — thank you for giving so much of yourselves to our athletes. Your talent and knowledge may teach gymnastics, but your patience, dedication, encouragement, and love teach them so much more.

You are helping raise strong, confident, resilient young people who know how to work hard, get back up, believe in themselves, support their teammates, and never stop reaching for more.

The medals will eventually sit on shelves. The scores will be forgotten. But the way you made these athletes feel, the lessons you taught them, and the belief you gave them will stay with them for a lifetime.

We are endlessly grateful for the hours, the sacrifices, the cheers, the corrections, the hugs, the laughter, and every single “you can do this.”

To the coaches who help shape not only great gymnasts, but incredible humans — thank you. We are so lucky to have you. 🤍 by @goteamsmg

We had a very special visitor at SMG today! 💙✨

Victoria stopped by the gym where her gymnastics journey began — and she was even teammates with Coach Emily back in the day! 🤸‍♀️

It was so much fun having her back in the gym, catching up, and sharing a little SMG nostalgia. Once part of the SMG family, always part of the SMG family! 🫶

Thanks for stopping by, Victoria! We loved having you! 💙 taken in San Mateo Gymnastics by @goteamsmg

Levels 2–5 brought home 1st place as a team at the Pink Meet! 🩷🏆

But this weekend was about so much more than gymnastics.

It was about competing with purpose, honoring strength and resilience, and being part of something bigger than scores and medals.

So proud of these girls for showing up with heart, supporting one another, and representing what being a team is all about. 🎀

First place teams. Bigger purpose. One special weekend. 🩷

Thank you @bayaerialsgym for hosting an amazing meet! by @goteamsmg

⭐️Happy National Gymnastics Day from SMG! ⭐️

Gymnastics is so much more than flips, skills, and routines. It’s learning to get back up after a fall, believing in yourself when something feels impossible, celebrating the little victories, and continuing to show up. 💪

It builds strength, confidence, courage, resilience, and friendships that extend far beyond the gym.

Today we celebrate every gymnast who dreams big, works hard, faces their fears, and discovers just how strong they really are. 💗

Keep dreaming. Keep flipping. Keep shining. ✨ taken in San Mateo Gymnastics by @goteamsmg
