POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

1994. That's where the story begins.

No label. No industry connections. No shortcuts.

Just a kid from Ntown chasing every freestyle session like it was a stage, sharpening bars long before there was a microphone waiting.

Thirty years later, the mission hasn't changed.

Still independent. Still writing. Still telling stories. Still proving that consistency can outlast trends.

If you've been following from day one, thank you. If you're just discovering Gotheeq, welcome to the journey.

The next chapter is only getting started.

Something's been sitting in my notes for months. Tomorrow I finally start sharing it.

Behind the Bars — where I break down the real stories behind the lines I write. No filter, no clever spin. Just the truth behind the bars.
First one drops tomorrow, 7PM WAT.
Which one of my songs are you hoping I start with?

It’s Depth Over Hype.

When emotions align with the pen, it bleeds truth. Every line carries a thought, every thought comes from somewhere, and sometimes the things we struggle to say out loud find their way into the music.

This time Gotheeq links up with @_saladeenzaquex for something different.

COLLAGE OF THOUGHTS.

No chasing trends. No forcing a vibe. Just thoughts, experiences, emotions, and bars for people who actually listen to the lyrics.

If you appreciate conscious rap, real-life stories, and hip-hop that makes you think long after the beat fades, keep your ears open. 🖤

Something new is coming. #DepthOverHype

Yo fam! It's a Bars Sunday! 🔥
BARZ PAC is here — me and MarzPrince brought real storytelling back to your doorstep.
No filler. No gimmicks. Just bars that mean something, back to back — the way hip-hop was built to sound.
Pull up, run it, tell somebody about it.
Real is back. Real never left.

Rewind. 🎤🔥 Before the noise, before the deadlines — just bars, lights, and a room that felt it. #ThrowbackThursday #Gotheeq
This is where it started for me. Real hip-hop. Been building since the mid-90s and I'm not done yet.

Used to have faith in the rhythm of my story. Now I'm trying to find grace in the middle of the worries.
There was a time I had resources and wanted to build something organic with my guys. Then reality hit — the resources dried up, and everyone I thought I could count on just went missing. No one could help, no one showed up. That's when I started seeking grace to get out of that situation.
Behind the Bars Ep. 2. If the rhythm of your story feels off right now, you're not alone in that.
