This is a long one but please read to the end Cece is the sweetest cat, everyone who has had the pleasure of meeting her would agree that she is a cuddly, bubbly, chunky girl. Cece is a super unique breed of cat and I can honestly say I have never met another cat like her. She is the reason I sleep most nights, she's my little shadow and demands to be with me no matter where I am (even if that means she's sitting outside the shower). She has been by my side through some rather tough years and I would do anything to make sure she's ok. On July 23rd we took Cece to the vet to be treated for a UTI. We found out that day that she is in early stages of kidney disease, with some small kidney stones and one of her kidneys was too small and wasn't showing up on an x-ray. After some tests the vet determined that Cece needs to see a specialist. Unfortunately while treating her UTI we had to take her to an emergency vet because she got very sleepy and started rejecting food. We're finally on antibiotics that seem to be the correct combination and she's eating again! we're hoping to see our girl feeling better soon, however we know that specialists are not cheap, and while we caught the kidney disease early, it's not something that can be ignored. So I'm reaching out for help. I know times are tough right now for everyone, but it never hurts to ask.The amount of support we've gotten from our friends, family, and community has been overwhelming. Thank you to everyone who's been sharing akiva's post, thank you to everyone who's donated, we can't express enough how much the love our girl's been getting means to us. I'm offering some sticker sheets and prints as a way to raise funds, as well as commissions (portraits, pet portraits, litterally whatever you want) I'll be posting a Cece themed sticker sheet, as well as cat themed, Avatar The Last Airbender, Adventure Time, Over The Garden wall, and some original design sticker sheets. If you're wanting to submit a donation in exchange for any of these offerings please DM me to see the designs! Thank you all again for reading! by @gothic_bumblebee
