One of the highlights of AAS 2026 was sharing QPR's growing work in law enforcement suicide prevention.

Led by Shayna Klassen, QPR National Training Director, and Govan Martin, longtime QPR Master Trainer, this session explored the unique suicide prevention challenges facing law enforcement professionals and highlighted a practical, peer-driven strategy for recognizing warning signs, starting conversations, and connecting individuals to help.

Thank you to everyone who attended and engaged in this important discussion. Every officer trained represents another opportunity to create connection, reduce stigma, and save lives.
