$I want to clarify Kc’s and my position regarding the recent direction of the 818 Creative Collective page. Our involvement with 818 Creative Collective has always been centered around networking, education, collaboration, and bringing people together. Neither Kc nor I are involved with, nor are we partners in, the fractional investment club or any investment program being discussed or promoted through the group. We wish Matt and Carlos well with the direction they have chosen, but it is separate from our own business activities and professional endeavors. We wanted to make that distinction clear to everyone who knows us through 818 Creative Collective. As with any investment opportunity, we encourage everyone to do their own independent due diligence, ask questions, understand the structure and risks involved, and seek independent professional advice when appropriate before making any financial commitment. We truly value the relationships and friendships we have made through the Collective and look forward to staying connected. You can continue to connect with us through: Terry Sannella Savage Facebook: Terry Sannella Savage Instagram: @GoWithSavage Website: SavageOnParks.com We look forward to staying in touch and continuing the relationships that began through 818 Creative Collective by @gowithsavage$

Canoga Park, I’ll see you tomorrow.🙌

I’m joining 818 Collective Tuesdays to share how PadSplit’s rent-by-the-room model helps investors create more rental income from single-family homes while expanding access to affordable housing.

If you’ve been curious about co-living or want to understand how PadSplit could fit into your real estate strategy, come join us in the room.

📅 Tuesday, July 14th

Latest meetup was one for the books. 🙌

Room full of mostly NEW faces and honestly? That never gets old.

Watching people walk in for the first time, not knowing what to expect… then leaving with their minds completely blown.

Terry & Casey brought the heat on RV park investing and dropped some gems I’m still thinking about:

1. The seller handed them the WRONG set of books. Hidden $30–50K in revenue shortfalls. Instead of walking away, they demanded he leave $50K in escrow. He said yes immediately, turns out he was facing foreclosure. Due diligence isn’t just math. It’s leverage.

2. Stop calling it “seller financing.” The best investors call it terms. They frame it as a pension plan, fixed monthly payments, no confusing rate talk. One reframe. Completely changes the conversation.

3. An RV park at 30% occupancy can match a fully occupied mobile home park in revenue. Let that sink in. Most people don’t even know this asset class exists.

This is why I keep doing this.

The Real Estate Path Meetup started as a personal project.

Now it’s a room full of people hungry to learn, connect, and actually do something with their lives.

That means everything to me.

If you’ve been on the fence about coming, next month is your month. 👊

Stop leaving money at the gate. 🚪💰
I just walked out of the latest FIBI real estate meetup, and let’s just say… RV Parks are officially the “second gold rush” everyone is sleeping on. 🏕️✨
Speakers KC and Terry absolutely dropped Gems on how to spot these hidden cash-flow monsters. But the best part? Jim and his crew didn’t just let us sit and listen—every single first-time attendee got the mic to pitch their business. That is how you do actual networking.
Drop a 🌲 if you’re sleeping on RV parks, or DM if you want the details for the next meetup!

Meet up nights are always a good reminder that growth happens in the rooms you choose to walk into. 🙌

Tonight’s topic — RV Parks — from @savageonparks and @savageterrys at the @formosainvesting meetup in City of Industry was packed with nuggets, strategy, and real-world experience. 🔥

What I’ve learned is this: networking isn’t just about business cards or finding deals. It quietly shapes your mindset. Being around people building, investing, solving problems, and thinking bigger naturally raises your standards and expands what feels possible.

The energy in these rooms matters. Conversations turn into opportunities. One connection can lead to a partnership, a new idea, or even your next move.

Surround yourself with people taking action. Go to the meetups. Ask questions. Stay curious. Success has a way of growing faster when you’re in the right environment.

See you at the next one 👊

5/14 is gonna be SPECIAL. 🚐💰

Bringing KC and Terry Savage to The Real Estate Path Meetup to talk about…investing in RV Parks.

One RV park can literally change the financial trajectory of your life. That’s not hype. That’s the math.

And KC and Terry aren’t just talking about it — they’ve LIVED it from every angle.

After decades in real estate, construction, and brokerage, they owned and operated Golden Pines RV Resort in California… then sold it and spent 7 YEARS on the road as full-time RVers. 🛣️

That’s the perspective most operators NEVER get — owner AND customer.

And along the way they helped parks across the country level up their operations, marketing, and guest experience.

Today, through Savage-On Parks, they teach owners and investors how to find “The Second Gold” — the REAL profit that comes from running a park right, not just buying it right. 🏆

Also gotta give them their flowers — they host the 818 Collective every Tuesday in Canoga Park. Super generous with their time and space, building real community out there. @michael_barcena

The kind of operators we need more of.
