I searched for my spark and I FOUND IT ✨📸

Forever grateful to my camera, the connections it’s fostered, the opportunities it’s given and the doors it’s opened… never knew I could love doing something so much; all while meeting new people, exploring new places and creating 🫶🏼

Plus, I have been DYING to use this audio 😜

Been a little MIA around here lately, and may still be for the next few days. 🫶🏼

Between work travels, losing power for a few days after the storm, and now being sick… ya girl is running on fumes. 🥴

Taking a little time to rest and get back on my feet before heading to Arkansas next week.

All that said, if you’re waiting on a gallery or email, I haven’t forgotten about you, I promise! Just working on getting back to feeling human again.

I think these are the photos I’m loving more and more.

Not just everyone looking at me. Not just the sunset. Not just the “pretty” photo.

The little hands. The shell they had to show you. The way they reach for you without even thinking about it. The weird little in-between moments that probably don’t feel important while they’re happening.

And then somehow… those are the ones that get you. 🥲✨

Because one day, this is the stuff you’re going to miss.
Not the perfect pose. Just them, exactly as they were.

If you don’t have a Kim in your life, what are you even doing…

But for real. She’s my best friend who lives far too far away, the person I confide in when I’m feeling down, and a constant reminder that good people exist. Literal joy in human form.

Her ability to follow “one word answers only” instructions could use some work 😂 but I wouldn’t change even the teeniest bit of who she is.
