Thankyou Penmancy for the recognition. Penmancy is a platform where I started my poetry journey. I learned almost 100 different poetic styles by participating consistently( every month since Sep 2020) in their monthly poetic challenges and tale-a-thlon. My journey has been fulfilling.

Thankyou Penmancy for the recognition.

Hola tribe,

Do you know what the #Penmancy12in12 Challenge really is?

It’s simple.

Write 12 poems, or 12 flash fiction pieces, or 12 short stories in a year.

And what do you get in return?

• A quiet pride that comes from showing up, month after month, and creating something that lasts beyond the moment.

• A steady confidence that reminds you no road feels impossible once you’ve walked it consistently.

• A Challenger Badge you don’t receive as a favour, but earn with intent, effort, and love for the craft.

While we were planning to officially roll this out for 2026, we realised something important. Some of you have already been doing this. Showing up. Writing. Sharing. Staying the course.

So today, we celebrate that.

A huge congratulations to Gowri Bhargav, who becomes our very first #Penmancy12in12 Challenger for Poetry (2025) through PenMuse and Tale-a-thlon Season 5. by @gowristoryteller
