Tech by day, wine by night, she founded Hi Spirits Wine Club and Kai Kai, an African wine and spirits bar concept, and created Zorelle Gin and Épistémê Cuvée. With three master's degrees from three countries, she connects African creativity with global audiences. If boldness was a person, it would look like this woman. Though born and raised in California, in the past 5 years since she moved to Dublin, she has pioneered 2x never-before-done businesses in the country, found herself in the Irish Times Top 50 People to Watch list, spoken on a TEDx stage, presented at the World Economic Forum, AND collected 3x Masters degrees in that time. Have we mentioned that she has not yet hit 30?

How do you know you’ve got Great Taste? 🤤 I’m sure it’s usually a good sign you might when you’re invited to judge an internationally acclaimed Great Taste competition. 👩🏿‍⚖️🥩🍔🥘🍖🥕🍯

This year I was invited to the judging panel as a wine & spirits professional. From Milan to London, Dorset to Dublin - judges gathered all over to taste, and rank a variable array of food and drink.

After finishing my certifications in WSET Level 3 Wines and WSET Level 2 Spirits last year, I realized there’s nothing quite as compelling as taste (and smell). This go round, I’m really glad I also got to expand my knowledge of gastronomy beyond 🍾🍺🍷🍸.

A perfect score, the only one in the class. 🤪📒 During my Diploma in European Wine Law in Champagne, FR 🥂 I somehow landed a perfect score on our final exam which should tell you all you need to know about my love for sparkling (and law 🤷🏿‍♀️ lmao )!

So when @avocaireland invited me to check out the new @veuveclicquot ✨ Terrace at the Avoca Farm, I SCREAMED! Tucked into the beautiful countryside, this terrace was the perfect way to spend the afternoon. Free flowing champagne, gorgeous people and the best way to actively recall what I learned while in class in Université de Reims 🤭🌟
