A little throwback to Day 1 of last year’s Off-Season Retreat! 🏀🧠

This is not your traditional basketball camp.

We created the Off-Season Retreat for young athletes who want to take their development to the next level, both on and off the court.

For five days, we bring together motivated players from different countries to focus on three pillars:

🏀 **GAME** — High-level basketball development with two daily sessions, small training groups, video breakdowns and game-based learning.

🧠 **MIND** — Workshops on confidence, dealing with pressure, self-talk, focus, visualization and personal growth.

💪 **BODY** — Athletic development, injury prevention, mobility, recovery and learning how to take care of your body.

But there’s more to it.

We disconnect from our phones, spend time in nature, challenge ourselves outside our comfort zones, reflect, build friendships and learn life lessons that go far beyond basketball.

Our goal? Better basketball players. Better human beings.
